The being known as "Ghost" should be kept in a 10x10x7 Concrete room, as he said he is most comfortable. "Ghost" should not be allowed to leave his room at night, and shall be kept under a code lock. Completely futile to contain, he has shown he can disintegrate any known element, or alloy. Keep him calm(or something similar) at all costs. Pure anger may cause a XK Class End of Earth Scenario. C-Level Personnel are allowed to see him on break,or when they have no current assignments, but only up to 2 at a time. O-5 Council still debates whether or not to make him Thaumiel Class. Also the only non object Thaumiel Class.
Description
"Ghost" Is a being in a humanoid shape, but definitely not human. He seems to be wearing a mask, a hood, and leather clothes. All of which have been tested to absorb around 99.8% of light shone on it. He also tells us consistently, that : "I can break out at any time, but i really don't care." We believe this to be true, because he has been shown to almost omnipotent, fighting entire hordes of robots, disintegrating them just by touching them. He is quite friendly, though the aura of malevolence negates that. He seems to be able to manifest a long blade, around the length of a 16th Century Japanese Katana, But engulfed in a dark blue flame. He never talks with his mouth, because he just so happens to be psychic, and has stated multiple times : "I cant speak with my mask on." In more than one occasion he has denied to take off his mask, though for the people he trusts the most, he give a bit more information. Normally when you ask: "Who are you?" his response is "But a Traveller." But for those he trusts more: "Ghost, The Last Traveller." The O-5 Council has repeatedly declines his offer to be a Thaumiel Class SCP, Showing that he knows more about the Foundation than most employees. "Ghost" has also refused to take off his mask , stating: "Never again, will i let that power loose." When further questioned, he had nothing to say. He has also never stated his age, though the stories he tells implies he is as old, or even older than the universe. "Ghost" is very slow to anger, though when questioned too much about his past, which he never talks about: 1. The cameras will go out 2. Black smoke will fill the room 3. Screams can be heard throughout the facillity 4. Nothing is left of him/her. This has happened on numerous occasions, which is why he has not be lowered to "Safe" Levels. He has only given us one story about his past, that directly involves him.
Man:Is there any stories you will talk about?
Ghost:Once, from when i was younger.
Man: Can you tell me about it?
Ghost: Once i was in the forest, on a planet humans know as Kepler 22-b. I was sitting there, as the locals tried to kill me, though the spears, arrows, swords and everything else bounced off. When i finally had enough i said "Why do you do this? Fear? Anger? Predjudice?" The people had said "We dont want any demons here!" While i was not a demon, i could have easily made them believe i was.
Man: What happened after that?
Ghost: I said "You do not deal with demons, You deal with the devil." I then took off i mask, showing them my face. In one instant everything was peaceful. In the next, Blood splatters, ash, bones, and a single being remained.
Man: Did you do that?
Ghost: Yes. I then said "You will run, and live. Or fight, and die like the rest of your friends."
Man: Did he?
Ghost: No. Now when i close my eyes i see his faces. When it is silent i hear his screams. When there is nothing to smell i smell ash.
Man: That must be terrible.
Ghost: A Fate worse than death, though my travels have revealed that in man instances, he was the one responsible for his fate.

He has also stated that in combat, he could destroy entire solar systems if he wanted, though he has never accessed that kind of power. He has also been tested numerous times, To see the upper limits of his strength. In response the the question "What power do you hold?" His response has been consistent. 1. Teleport them to a certain planet 2. Show them where they are compared to earth and how to see it. 3. Break said planet 4. Teleport them back to earth, always next to a telescope or observatory. He has never described his face or taken off his mask in the presence of anyone, though he as given clues to where he is from. So far our best guess so far is outside the universe. due to no planets being inhospitable enough for these traits to evolve. He has also shown a vast intellect when it comes to almost any subject, excluding Quantum Mechanics (because seriously who the fuck actually understands it?) In his more active moments he was walking around the facility, visiting the other "Safe" SCP's. Mentioning to some of the SCP's that he stays almost only because he doesnt feel like a freak here.
New date 11/19/17 "Ghost" Has become more comfortable in his place, talking to Foundation Members more often, and trusting people more often. He is disclosing more and more information each day, now that he is so much more comfortable in this place. The info he has disclosed: His name,(DATA EXPUNGED) Which he said is virtually impossible to pronounce with a human tongue. His age, around 16.9 Billion years old, saying that: "I saw the birth of the universe, and was there as it formed its first planets and stars." His Species: The Latovi, and saying plainly that he is immortal, but can be damaged, Though he mentioned not easily. Directly after mentioning this, he manifested a large dagger, which he than stabbed himself in the head, then taking it out casually, as if nothing had happened. He then said: "I'm pretty durable, acid, sharp objects, blunt force, sound, vibrations, heat, cold, all that stuff cant even damage me, everything that i havent mentioned can, though it cant kill me." He still refuses to take off his mask though, continuing to say : "Never again, Will i let that power loose." Though he has donated a skin sample, We found his skin has near the density of dwarf star. though the durability of his skin is not because of this,"After seeing him walk into a particle acclerator, having a particle hit him in the leg, and stop abruptly, i can confidently say the density is not the reason he is so durable." -Dr. Josef Pahara

New date 5/26/18 "Ghost" has made good friends with a specific member of the Foundation, (DATA EXPUNGED) He trusts him more than almost every other person or SCP. He has disclosed extra information to him, saying: "I bear a mark, That made me an outcast even in the Latovi Civilization, While is is small, it has… Effects, on me. Other Latovi can't disintegrate anything, or bear the power i do. This is why i wear my mask, to limit my power. If i did not wear this, i could destroy galaxies in less than a second, universes in a minute. This is why i wear a mask."
(DATA EXPUNGED): "Can you at least draw a picture of your face?"
Ghost : "Sure."
Ghost proceeded to draw a picture of his face, and looked vaguely human. though he had no pupils, irises, 2 entirely different colored eyes, and tiny curved horns on the side of his chin.He has also said that he does not breathe, eat, drink, or age. though he can eat and drink. He later shows that he wasnt kidding about escaping easily. He completely incinerated the entire room, along with 2 kilometers of stone, directly down. After that he seemed to warp reality, so the room came back. Ghost simply said "Ha-si." And the room had been completely repaired.
New Date 3/9/24 O-5 Log: SCP-4551 Has made friends with some of the "Safe" and even 4 "Keter" Class SCP's. He has also even communicated to some of the most dangerous SCP's, coming out without harm. He has also told another story about his past, which he prefers to keep under.
Man: Any stories?
Ghost: One. From around 13.6 Billion years ago.
Man: That's the estimate of the age of the universe right?
Ghost: Yes, and it was a good prediction. Almost spot on.
Man: Can i hear it?
Ghost: I came from a planet, than orbited a singularity, that singularity exploded into the known universe. So as we entered we watched, as the cascade of light and heat made colors we had never seen.
Man: What did it look like?
Ghost: The Crab Nebula is a good example. Anyway, as we waited, we saw stars and planets form, we saw the first life emerge as prokaryotes. So we waited some more until entire forests and oceans either covered the planet, or made it.
Man: It sounds beautiful.
Ghost: It was. As the new species emerged one at a time, We cataloged them. You can imagine the Latovi as the Phoenicians from the past. We live to discover.
Man: How much have you discovered?
Ghost: We have over 10 trillion different living beings cataloged, hundred of times that number for planets. Billions of galaxies and 9 universes.
Man: To find all that must be huge.
Ghost: It was.

SCP-4551-1
SCP-4551-1 is a manefistation that SCP-4551 creates, and looks like a standard 16th Century Katana. The Katana also absorbs as much light as SCP-4551. 4551-1 is also engulfed in a purple flame, Though it doesnt seem to affect 4551-1. 4551-1 can also shift into a number of blades, from a Khopesh, to a Bowie knife. 4551-1 can also seemingly cut through anything, including diamonds at any angle. Normal manifestations of 4551-1 is just 4551's hand.
