Special Containment Procedures: SCP-PHX01 is to be stored in a separate location from SCP-PHX01-2 and SCP-PHX01-3. SCP-PHX01-2 and SCP-PHX01-3 may be stored together. Removal of either SCP-PHX01-1 or SCP-PHX01-2 and SCP-PHX01-3 from the containment area requires approval of at least one (1) Level 4 personnel.
Description: SCP-PHX01 consists of 1 slightly worn Eraser(SCP-XXX-1) which is slightly worn in appearance, and a set of cross pens: one pen(SCP-PHX01-2) and one mechanical pencil(SCP-PHX01-3). SCP-PHX01-3 accepts any and all mechanical pencil lead.
On their own, SCP-PHX01-2 and SCP-PHX01-3 function just like a normal pen and pencil set. However, when combined with SCP-PHX01-1, they exhibit anomalous effects.
Any text written by either SCP-PHX01-2 or SCP-PHX01-3 can be erased by SCP-PHX01-1, but not by any other eraser. SCP-PHX01-1 also exhibits the inability to erase anything that was not written by SCP-PHX01-2 or SCP-PHX01-3.
Upon testing, it has discovered that the combination of SCP-PHX01-1 and either of SCP-PHX01-2 and SCP-PHX01-3, exhibits mind-altering effects, as such SCP-PHX01 is designated a low-level Cognitohazard (See Testing Log)
