Special Containment Procedures: No containment procedures are currently available for SCP-3439. Updated ██-██-20██: All known entities of SCP-3439 are to be checked if they're in "The Meeting" which is hosted online by Foundation servers. Due to the anomalous effect of the object, attempts to detect SCP-3439 entities usually result to produce SCP-3439-B entities. Therefore, Procedure 37-Ianus 38-Ianus should be executed regularly at the interval of 72 hours.

Details of Procedure 38-Ianus

Procedure 38-Ianus needs to be performed to an SCP-3439 suspect if one or more SCP-3439-B entity(s) is(are) found in a certain group that has a hierarchy system with more than 3 levels of Class discrimination. Only personnel of Security Clearance level 3 or higher can be an executive of Procedure 38-Ianus.

Immediately after the detection of SCP-3439-B entity, the executive(s) of Procedure 38-Ianus acquires copies of every possible version of hierarchy manual of the group; or creates an accurate and complete hierarchy chart of it if the copies are not available, through the investigation of the entire internet and public documents associative to the group SCP-3439-B entity is found.

After the acquirement of the chart, the executives start intercepting the most influence of the group to the public, with the assistance of MTF Iota-10 ("Damn Feds") if the group is playing the major role in the local/global society. Deployment of MTF Iota-10 is reviewed and confirmed by an O5 Council member, depending on the severity of the situation. The interception continues until the executives find out the SCP-3439 entity, through the comparison between the chart and the interview with BOD(Board of directors) of the group.

When the SCP-3439 entity is found, the executives contact the entity and persuades it to join "The Meeting" online, secretly hosted by Foundation servers, and overviewed by at least 3 M.D.s specialized in psychoanalysis or psychiatry. The report of overviewing should contain analyses of actions SCP-3439 entities are showing since the details and traits of SCP-3439 are mostly unknown currently.

If the persuasion fails, or one or more SCP-3439 entities exits "The Meeting" after joining, non-SCP-3439-H executives should attempt to suspend further activities of breached SCP-3439 entities. SCP-3439 entities are able to suspend by reminding the classes that SCP-3439 entity created does not exist to itself.

Description: SCP-3439 instances are found in hierarchy systems that utilize bureaucratic chains-of-command. They refer themselves as ranks or positions that are non-existent in the designated hierarchy systems and try to abuse their fake position by giving orders to supposed subordinates. Their orders usually fall down to either three of these types :
