Description:
SCP-XXXX is a box of 20 small lighters with an emblem of a phoenix seemingly laser engraved into the front. The lighter' appears not to need fuel, however this is merely a secondary anomaly. The primary anomaly occurs when a user holds the lighter, said person gains pyrokinetic abilities over any flames generated by the lighter. Heat generated by the flames varies based on the willpower of the user. When the flames from the lighter make contact with other flames, the user also gains control over the foreign flames. Due to subconscious cognitive biases, users typically find it easier to imagine, and so manipulate the fire into higher speed projectiles if the flames are shaped into projectiles or projectile launching weaponry. Examples include imagining an arrow and launching it makes the projectile move faster than just simply launching the fire alone. Testing is pending.

Due to the D-class's low will to live (hence the suicidal tendencies) the flames they managed to manifest were of low heats, and so couldn't do much. At 70% capacity, the testing chamber was drained and the D-class was taken back to their cell
How does willpower affect heat	1 d-class personnel with a normal psychological profile, 1 instance of SCP-XXXX	A D-class personnel was placed into a testing chamber which was rapidly filled with water. D-class successfully manifested flames of over 5500 degrees due to their will to live. This, however only evaporated the water, although the convection current of the flames successfully kept the steam away from the subject, giving them ample space to breathe. Steam was funnelled out and subject was taken back to their cell
How does willpower affect heat	1 d-class personnel with an abnormally high will to live, 1 instance of SCP-XXXX	A D-class personnel was placed into a testing chamber which was rapidly filled with water. D-class managed to manipulate fire heat to 30000 degrees, turning the flames to plasma. D-class forms an orb around themselves. It was later discovered that the D-class was falsely accused of murder.
