Special Containment Procedures: All instances of SCP-0000 shall be kept in a standard chicken coop. These coops are to be kept in a location that is not within 10 meters of a technological device. Should any instance escape they are to be carefully restrained using a basic fish net and taken back to containment. If any electronic devices exhibit unnatural behavior such as missing data or shutting down at random intervals said containment is to be moved to a more isolated area. Any personnel affected by SCP-0000's memetic hazard shall be terminated. Any personnel who have been injured by victims of SCP-0000 will be immediately taken to urgent care.

Description: SCP-0000 is a collection of 10 Columbidae. These organisms possess a USB drive that is located where the beak should be. These plugs vary for every instance as to fit into any available device. Despite this technological characteristic, all instances appear to be completely biological. SCP-0000 appears to be very docile and not show signs of danger. Once SCP-0000 comes within a 5-meter radius of any technological device, the instance will access the device through unknown means. If on a PC a file will appear on the desktop. The file read as "pigeon.png" and if opened displays a picture of an SCP-0000 instance standing on a sidewalk. If on a mobile device, the photo will appear in contacts sent by a separate number each time. If on a security camera, the video footage will be interrupted and replaced with the photo. Once a person views this image they will immediately fall unconscious for around 10 hours. Once awake they will speak and say" they are spying on us". Subjects will commit violent acts using any object they choose and will continue to vocalize this phrase.
