Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6176 is held within a 10x10 foot cell made with concrete and whitewall, not much security is needed for the object since SCP-6176 does not pose any immediate threats and does not move. 2 Guards protect SCP-6176's containments since not much is known about SCP-6176.

Description: SCP-6176 appears to be a 2 foot wide and 3-foot long cardboard box that no matter what, will not move. Researchers speculate that SCP-6176 is pinned to the ground with a supernatural force. The box CAN be opened but with all attempts, including, Bombs, Laser Removal, Destruction of The Box, etc. SCP-6176 was found in the SCP Foundation on █/1/08 by MTF, ██████ Jones. Dr.Calvin has conducted a research project to remove SCP-6176, he says, "While there is no way to remove the box, we should be able to relocate SCP-6176." Dr.Calvin determines that with the help of SCP-1485, it should be able to create a portal to warp SCP-6176 to Site 61. SCP-6176 is sensitive high-frequency noises when played, SCP-6176 will start vibrating aggressively towards the source and will eventually burst the device that played the noise with an extreme force.

██████ Jones: Well before the things cell was there, a storage locker was there. I went to get some bullets, when I opened the locker I found the box, I tried to move it, but it wouldn't budge.

Dr.Calvin: Did it do anything, Spectacular or Terrifying?

██████ Jones: No not really, it was just… There… You know?

Dr.Calvin: Did it move or..?

██████ Jones: Nope it just… Existed.

Dr.Calvin: Did it make any sound?

██████ Jones: Well, when my radio when on, it did vibrate.

██████ Jones: It just started shaking around near me.

Dr.Calvin: When you attempted to move it, how heavy was it?

██████ Jones: Well I hurt my back while attempting to move it and when I called some men to lift it, they just couldn't lift the box even a centimeter off the ground.
