Description: SCP-4367 appears to be a red ITT Cortelco 2500 touchtone telephone. When a human subject of at least age thirteen is within 4 meters of the telephone, it begins ringing. Should the phone be answered the subject will be greeted by a voice on the other end of the line. The subject then falls into a trance-like state where he will comply to orders given from the other side. The subject is then able to produce requested knowledge that the subject was previously unaware of. The subject is also able to produce small objects, the exact size seems dependents on what the subject is wearing2 After 142 seconds the subject turns into an instance of SCP-4367-A. An instance of 4367-A exhibits the continuing ability to produce small objects and tends to align their goals with that of SCP-4367.3

Tracing procedures place the origin of this call in the middle of a field in western Nebraska4, but the field appears to be barren, with no actual farming going on in thirty-three years. Slightly above average radioactive output has been detected in this field, but the cause of this radiation is as of yet unknown.
