Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5379 is to be acquired by the Foundation at the first notice of anomalous properties manifesting. Upon manifestation, SCP-5379 is to be seized by the Foundation, posing as the Food and Safety Inspection Service (FSIS). All customers and staff are to be given B - C Class amnestics depending on how recently manifestation has occurred. SCP-5379 is not to be entered by any non-Foundation staff without express permission from a level 4 staff member or higher. Foundation workers must take extra precaution to not disturb or otherwise harm SCP-5379, or SCP-5379-1. Under no circumstance is SCP-5379-1 to leave SCP-5379. Once SCP-5379 de-manifests, the restaurant in question is to declared up-to-code and control is to be given back to the owners.

Description:
SCP-5379 manifests in fast-food restaurants within an urban environments in the U.S. Once SCP-5379 manifests within a store, customers are reported to feel sick after consuming any type of meat-based product from the restaurant. Also, once manifested, SCP-5379-1 will begin working within SCP-5379.
SCP-5379-1 is humanoid, almost indistinguishable from an average person, other than one notable difference. SCP-5379-1 appears to not have fingers, though it is still capable of using them as any other person would. Those within SCP-5379 are unable to tell that SCP-5379-1 has no fingers unless a picture is taken. SCP-5379-1 does not appear to be sentient, and it appears to stay within the kitchen of SCP-5379 until de-manifestation, any deviation from this behavior is to be reported to an 04 staff member immediately. During manifestation, staff members and customers are noted to go missing, and all meat-based products are replaced by [REDACTED].
