Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4784 is to be stored at Site-[DATA EXPUNGED] in the [DATA EXPUNGED] wing of the lower basement. Due to its [DATA EXPUNGED] nature permanent supervision is needed. At all Times at least five Guards, whom have scored higher than [DATA EXPUNGED] in the [DATA EXPUNGED] Test, have to be on Standby. The Containment Chamber is to be examined biweekly for any change in [DATA EXPUNGED]. Research in SCP-4784´s [DATA EXPUNGED] nature is to be strictly prohibited (see Addendum-1).

Due to the anomalous effects of SCP-4784 no Containment Procedures are currently required.

Description: SCP-4784 is a sentient Anomaly manifesting as a Spherical Rift, with approximately 15.8cm diameter, in Space Time. As of now it is not known when this Anomaly manifested and how it came in Foundation custody. This is due to its antimemetic effects on biological and digital Memory, this can be counteracted by marking Information of it as deleted in the individual location. This, and further testing (see Addendum-2), indicates a level sapience, roughly on the level of a first Grader. It is hypothesized that SCP-4784 is developing its mental capacities, through trial and error.
