Special Containment Procedures: This SCP cannot be Contained, as it is far amongst the stars.

Description: SCP-27861 is a large hard drive located in the liner system. It appears to be twice the size of earth and on closer inspection has many satiate dishes protruding from it. from the signals that sometimes come off it, it appears to be gathering information, like a cloud. It seems to be gathering power from a near by star.

Addendum: We are completely unaware of what its purpose is, maybe a time capsule, maybe its not a hard drive and its just a massive vessel sending out random messages to confuse near by settlements.
