Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is kept in Site-57's low-risk anomalous object storage vault. If SCP-XXXX’s anomalous effects are activated, subjects in the photos are to be observed and followed but no attempts are to be made to save them

Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous series of pictures that appear through anomalous means in a cupboard (Hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-A) at Site-57. The pictures show several corpses after dying in accidents, in several different stages of mutilation and decay. When SCP-XXXX is viewed by humans, the people in the photographs die in the shown accidents in a 2-3 week period after viewing. SCP personnel have tried to prevent the accidents, but SCP-XXXX changes it’s image when the subjects are protected and the subject will die regardless in a different accident.

Addendum XXXX/1: Containment trials
On the ██/██/████, attempts were made to protect the subject from one of the SCP-XXXX photos. After several attempts to save the subject, the picture went blank. After approximately 17 seconds, the entire SCP Extraction & Protection team appeared in the photo and died without any visible cause. Attempts will never be made again to save the subjects.

Addendum XXXX/2: Leaked information
On the ██/██/████, an SCP staff member leaked information to █████ ████. █████ ████ then directed a movie based on it called Final Destination. These series of films were not caught by the SCP foundation before it was released and they are now a popular horror series.
