Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-4892 is to be kept in a locked containment cell. Touching SCP-4892 is prohibited, so containment by guiding it with a string tied around it is highly recommended. If personnel are to enter, there must be no less than 2 at all times, as if one touches SCP-4892, the other may prevent any harm done to the affected.
Description: SCP-4892, also referred to as the Bed from Hell, is an anomaly that appeared in ██████ Hospital. It was first noticed after the death of a patient at ██████ Hospital, on ██████ber 20, ████. Any staff or patients who touched SCP-4892 felt as if their body was undergoing surgery, with the pain quite extreme. Research has shown that when one is exposed to SCP-4892's phenomenon for a prolonged amount of time, the body part that is touching it will be cut open, as if the pain felt becomes real. Clothing will not prevent SCP-4892's sensation. SCP-4892 looks exactly like a hospital bed, but with a pool of blood soaked into the center. The patient was undergoing surgery when a surgeon nicked their heart and blood spilled out. After disposing of the deceased, attempts to clean the blood were unsuccessful, and was left as is.
