A guard with a Level 4/XXXX Security Clearance (hereby referred to as the “main guard”) is to inspect the cell, and confiscate all contraband. 15 other guards, regardless of clearance, are to stand outside of the cell armed with FN Herstal P90 submachine guns. Containment Procedures: Due to its loyalty to the Foundation and its ability to control its anomalous abilities, SCP-XXXX-1 does not need to be contained. SCP-XXXX-1 is allowed to freely roam any Foundation-owned facility between 7:00 AM & 9:00 PM. After 9:00 PM, it is to be in a standard domicile. Due to its current status as a member of Site Staff, it is encouraged that SCP-XXXX-1 not be referred to as “SCP-XXXX-1.” It is to be referred to as “Dr. Justin Franklin” or some variation of this name. It is also not to be in contact with SCP-XXXX-2.
SCP-XXXX-2 is highly dangerous and extremely difficult to contain or neutralize. It is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell in Section E of Site 88, with at least 5 armed guards outside the cell at all times. 25 Scranton Reality Anchors are to be in the cell, with at least 10 active at all times. Anyone who lets SCP-XXXX-2 loose, whether intentionally or not, will be terminated. There are no exceptions to this rule whatsoever. In the event when SCP-XXXX-2 breaches containment, Protocol-489-ZK is to be enacted. Putting it in contact with SCP-XXXX-1 is forbidden. SCP-XXXX-2’s containment cell is to be inspected once a week. A guard with a Level 4/XXXX clearance is to perform Procedure 440-Hialeah.
However, all of these procedures are irrelevant and useless.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a term for two Caucasian male humans, approximately 18 years old. Both are Level 5 Reality Benders, and possess the ability to bend reality however they please, due to the effects of an incantation performed on them during infancy. Researchers also believe they are immortal.
SCP-XXXX-1, also known as Dr. Justin Franklin, was assessed by Dr. Simon Glass, and received a score of 97 on the Aeslinger Loyalty Index. Subject was observed to be of well-above average human intelligence, and is generally not very physically active. It is currently under active employ by the Foundation as a Containment Specialist due to its loyalty and intelligence. It has also been awarded a Level 4 Security Clearance, due to the need for it to view the file on itself, and due to the projects it manages.
SCP-XXXX-2, formerly known as Troy Franklin, scored 1 on the Aeslinger Loyalty Index. It currently poses the threat of a CK-Class Restructuring Scenario, a DK-Class Dimensional Split Scenario, a JK-Class Global Occult War Scenario, an XK-Class End of the World Scenario, and a ZK-Class Reality Failure Scenario. Subject was observed to be extremely athletic and of average intelligence. Notes with anti-Foundation messages written on them have been found in its containment cell.
Recovery: SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 were discovered in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, after hume levels in the area dropped drastically. Subjects were 3 years old at the time of recovery. Later on, the Foundation discovered that SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 were the biological grandsons of Jim & Susan Franklin, senior researchers at Site-88. Due to this, Susan Franklin has been assigned as the official project manager for SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2.
Project Update 2012: SCP-XXXX-1 has expressed desire to become a member of staff. It has reportedly drawn blueprints in its containment cell, which suggests it may be a good Containment Specialist.
Project Update 2015: SCP-XXXX-1 has been hired as an official Containment Specialist. SCP-XXXX-2 has grown increasingly more hostile. SCP-XXXX-1 has now been reclassified to Safe. SCP-XXXX-2 has now been reclassified to Keter.
Procedure 440-Hialeah: SCP-XXXX-2’s containment cell is to be inspected once a week. A guard with a Level 4/XXXX Security Clearance (hereby referred to as the “main guard”) is to inspect the cell, and confiscate all contraband. 15 other guards, regardless of clearance, are to stand outside of the cell armed with FN Herstal P90 submachine guns. In the event when the main guard is injured during the procedure, the cell is to be closed and Emergency Order Benedict is to be enacted, and the incident to be reported to the Overseer Council.
Protocol 489-ZK: Upon initiation, all Scranton Reality Anchors will be shut off. Section E will be sealed off from the rest of our dimension via Franklin Reality Traps until either MTF Lambda-5, MTF Nu-7, or MTF Epsilon-11 can arrive at Site-88. After MTFs arrive, Section E will open up to the rest of our dimension, when the rest of Site-88 will be sealed off from our dimension, essentially making Site-88 its own pocket dimension. It will be reconnected with our dimension after the MTFs manage to re-contain SCP-XXXX-2.
The Truth: SCP-XXXX-2 keeps finding new ways to breach containment, and is becoming more powerful as it does. One day, SCP-XXXX-2 will breach containment, and cause either a CK, XK, or ZK event. SCP-XXXX-1’s intelligence and knowledge of SCP-XXXX-2 can keep it contained. A containment breach at Site-88, caused by SCP-XXXX-2, has left SCP-XXXX-1 traumatized, as it often asks for physical affection from random staff members. However, Dr. Glass diagnosed it with Asperger’s Syndrome before the breach, so it is possible that this behavior has always been normal for it. However, this behavior has become more frequent, suggesting it has been traumatized, the severity is unknown. SCP-XXXX-1 is the only hope we have to keep SCP-XXXX-2 contained. In order to prevent internalized panic, it is to appear as if SCP-XXXX-2 has not outwitted its containment procedures. SCP-XXXX-2 is even more dangerous than Site-88 staff assume. It has been turned into a killing machine, with a goal of ruling all of reality with an iron fist, and killing its brother, SCP-XXXX-1.
Help us, Dr. Franklin, you’re our only hope.
Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept with Dr. Franklin for as much time as possible. When Dr. Franklin is not able to be with SCP-XXXX, it is to be in a standard dog cage, with a portable Scranton Reality Anchor in the room. It is to be fed standard dog food, and given water. It is also to be brushed with a Furminator once a week.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a male Chihuahua that can teleport to anywhere on earth, and cannot be terminated in any way, which means it is most likely immortal. It has above-average intelligence for a domestic dog. During its time in containment, it has bonded with its project manager, Dr. Justin Franklin. Dr. Franklin has named it “Billy”.
Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard containment cell at Area-02. Only D-Class personnel are allowed to be in contact with it. Female chickens are not allowed to be in contact with SCP-XXXX. The lights in the cell are to be on at all times.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a carnivorous male gallus domesticus. When it touches another living creature, said creature will be knocked unconscious and begin to float in midair, until it is eaten by SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX eats primarily humans. It is also unable to be terminated. However, it exhibits no anomalous properties when exposed to visible light.
