Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be contained in a 4 m by 4 m by 5 m room with each side completely covered in 2 layers of thin metal plating of any kind. No light or any light source is to be exposed to SCP-XXXX at a range of 2 meters unless used in experimentation. 4 cameras with night-vision are to be within the chamber with each one viewing from a different corner of the room. Metal plating is to be checked on a monthly basis to check for rusting. If metal plating is largely rusted or damaged in any other way, plates must be replaced without letting SCP-XXXX out. Cameras are to be recharged on a monthly basis. Anyone entering the chamber must be wearing a hazmat suit laced with any metal and gained permission by at least two level 4 personnel.
Description: SCP-XXXX seems to be a floating face consisting of 2 humanly shaped red eyes with small,oval, black pupils. Underneath the eyes is a large mouth forming a crooked grin with large, square, misshapen, bright white teeth. Some teeth have black and gray stains or marks. The face is usually accompanied by background static that seems to be right behind the face, but appears further away if viewing SCP-XXXX from different angles from the front. The mass of static seems to be large and inconsistent in shape and size. The face seems to always float 6.1 feet off the ground. The size of the face seems to vary from 20 in by 15 in to 4 ft by 3 ft. The static surrounding SCP-XXXX will disappear temporarily if SCP-XXXX is staying idle for more than 20 seconds. This seems to be normal. Anyone viewing SCP-XXXX from behind or from the side will be unable to see the face of SCP-XXXX, but will still see static if SCP-XXXX is present. It seems that SCP-XXXX can barely move its mouth. However, full limitations are unknown. The eyes are always facing forward and the face will lock onto the nearest desired subject within 10 meters. About 3 times a month, the pupils of SCP-XXXX will vanish for a period of 5 minutes while being idle, but will instantly gain them back after 5 minutes. This can happen if SCP-XXXX is chasing a victim. It is unknown why this happens to SCP-XXXX, but this behavior is considered normal. Any changes to this behavior are to be notified to personnel.
SCP-XXXX seems to be hostile towards any human being age of 15 or older. SCP-XXXX will ignore the presence of any human being under the age of 15 and will ignore the presence of other organisms. SCP-XXXX can travel across 1 meter within 2 seconds with instant movement and full acceleration. If SCP-XXXX makes contact with its target, the subject will experience physical trauma to the torso and/or limbs, and in rare cases, the head. It seems that SCP-XXXX only makes contact 3-4 times before their victim is fully incapacitated or killed. Once the subject is incapacitated or killed, SCP-XXXX will either continue normal behavior or move on to the next target if one is nearby.
SCP-XXXX has the ability to phase through walls. The walls that SCP-XXXX can phase through consists of wood, glass, and stone. Theoretically, SCP-XXXX could phase through other types of objects although not proven. However, SCP-XXXX cannot phase through any type of metallic material. Even with weak metal, SCP-XXXX is unable to phase through any metallic material whatsoever.
All attempts to communicate with SCP-XXXX have failed. Any artificial light coming into contact with SCP-XXXX will instantly be engulfed by the static that the SCP-XXXX beholds. The source of the light seems to deactivate upon making contact with SCP-XXXX. The light will not be seen coming into contact with SCP-XXXX. Any natural light, although not entirely covering SCP-XXXX, will stun SCP-XXXX until the light is dismissed.
Despite not having any visible limbs or hands, SCP-XXXX is able to hold a varying number of objects that it can make contact with except for metallic objects. SCP-XXXX has been observed holding 5 objects at once and has held an object as heavy as 90 lbs.
