Special Containment Procedures: 4189 is to be contained within a standard containment cell.
Containment is rather simple for 4189, since it doesn't possess anomalous properties on the exterior.

Description: SCP-4189 appears to be a small purple ink vial with standard structure, and small amounts of 4189-1 inside. When a object, or humanoid is drawn using the 4189-1, that object/humanoid becomes 3D and sentient depending if its a humanoid.

SCP-914 was used to increase the number of ink inside of 4189.

Incident 4189-1: █████ █████, A D-Class drew a M1911 Pistol, and attacked a researcher, D-2543 was terminated within the incident, and 4189 was relocated, and testing was suspended.
