Special Containment Procedures: As per Ethics Committee Ruling on 4/13/2000, Project Kamino as well as MTF Nu-15 ("501st legion") have been disbanded. All non-essential personnel have been amnesticised and appropriately reassigned. A skeleton crew consisting of ██ members is to preform biweekly maintenance on SCP-XXXX's vital components. All members of said skeleton crew are to remain ignorant of SCP-XXXX's function. Skeleton Crew Personnel are to be replaced with new personnel on a bimonthly basis. Following the end of their tenure working on SCP-XXXX, all skeleton crew members are to be amnesticised and reassigned appropriately.
The platform above and location surrounding SCP-XXXX has been designated Provisional Area-███. Patrol boats are to maintain a 10 km2 radius around SCP-XXXX. All civillian ships that unintentionally sail near SCP-XXXX are to be turned away under the cover story of an oil spill. Civilian vessels attempting to access SCP-XXXX are to be detained, interviewed, amnesticised, and released back into the civilian population.
In the event that SCP-XXXX is accidentally, intentionally, or spontaneously activated, all SCP-XXXX-1 instances created are to be terminated and may be delivered to Site-19 for study upon request of Dr. ███████████. The remains of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be disposed of appropriately. All guards are to be prepared for such an occurrence. In the event that SCP-XXXX-1 instances successfully overwhelm on site security, the chamber containing SCP-XXXX is to be flooded, regardless of personnel within SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a large, subnautical complex located approximately 1 km below Provisional Area-███, a large offshore platform located at █████o, ████o. SCP-XXXX can be accessed via a large freight elevator along with 5 small maintenance elevators. SCP-XXXX itself is a large piece of anomalous machinery capable of cloning human beings at a rate of 1 human per day per gestation chamber. A terminal located at the end of the chamber containing SCP-XXXX allows uses to activate the machine and edit human genome to produce specific traits1 in the clones it produces as desired by its user2. SCP-XXXX is powered by a liquid-fluoride thorium reactor located in a chamber adjacent to SCP-XXXX's main chamber. SCP-XXXX also contains a chamber with living accommodations for up to ██ baseline humanoids.
Humans cloned using SCP-XXXX are non-anomalous, and are identical to baseline humans; however, for the purpose of cataloging, all humans cloned using SCP-XXXX have been designated as SCP-XXXX-1.

Addendum XXXX-A: Project Kamino Overview

Project Kamino

Project Kamino was proposed by Dr. Tipoca to the 05 council on 12/3/1984. The purpose of this project was to create the ideal mobile task force using cloning technology reverse engineered from SCP-2000. Project Kamino was split into multiple phases. Phase 1 of Project Kamino, the construction of Provisional Area-███, began on 12/29/1985 after it was decided that SCP-XXXX should be constructed underneath a large offshore platform. Phase 1 was completed on 4/3/1988. Phase 2 began on 5/17/1988. It consisted of the research and reverse engineering of SCP-2000's cloning technology, as well as a search of Foundation genetic records to find an ideal template for MTF-Nu-15. Phase 2 was completed on 11/27/1999, with the successful creation of the first SCP-XXXX prototype. Phase 3 began on 1/1/2000, which was intended to create the first prototype for MTF Nu-15. On 4/13/2000, however, the Ethics Committee ruled Project Kamino violated ethical guidelines set by the Ethics Committee. Before the Ethics Committee disbanded Project Kamino, 3 instances of SCP-XXXX-1 were modified and cloned and designated SCP-XXXX-1A-C. Each instance was modified to maximize traits such as loyalty, memetic resistance, and physical strength. Before testing could begin, the Ethics Committee aborted Project Kamino
