Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 10x10 foot room with no guards necessary. SCP-XXXX is to be facing away from the door and windows. SCP-XXXX shall only be facing rubber to avoid any chances of shocking something conductive. There must be heavy locks on the door at all times in case of a breach although it is unlikely any SCP will end up handling SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a standard black VIPERTEK VTS-979 Stun Gun with text on the back that says: Hergestellt in Deutschland. SCP-XXXX has first been tested on various intimate objects but the trigger only sent a tiny static shock. After figuring out that even just being pointed at with it, the victim is shocked above levels of survival, then showing acts of extreme violence. These usually are self-harm, harm to those who try to capture them, and harm to those who shocked them. No acts of violence to random personnel have been recorded.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was found in an abandoned factory in ███████, Germany, most likely abandoned in WWII. SCP-XXXX was emitting volts at exactly 764470 megavolts for 0.00000452 nanoseconds which was thought to be a miscalculation, but the factory was completely obliterated by the time it was located in 20██. SCP-XXXX was less than half a volt by the time it was recovered.
TESTS:
Test 1: Tried shocking a copper wire, three small sparks out of SCP-XXXX.
Test 2: Tried shocking lake water, tap water, and distilled water, no effect.
Test 3: Dr. ███████ turned around to try to shock a metal bar, and without pressing the trigger, it shocked Dr.████ in the stomach. Dr.████ blacked out for 3 minutes and 42 seconds before randomly jumping up and running out of the room into the bathroom. After Dr.████ heard violent screaming in the staff room, which is thought of that he ran out of the bathroom at an estimated 30 mph. D-98468 was sent into the staff room until hearing both of their screams, one which was from the Class D, which was a scream of pain and terror, and Dr.████ which was a lower pitched scream, of violence and aggression. After asking Dr.████ to come out of the staff room, Dr.████ said "NEIN NEIN NEIN!". Dr.████ only had a history of knowing English and slight Danish. After looking over the tapes Dr.████ was seen flipping tables and chairs, pouring boiling hot coffee over his head, smashing glass on his body, and running into walls. Dr.████ was quickly captured, which he broke the chain. Dr.████ escaped all attempts at capturing and was later executed.
Test 4: D-Class with active violence towards personnel was instructed to go into SCP-XXXX's containment. Instructions were given to test SCP-XXXX on various objects around the room. Class-D shocked self and was blacked out for 20 minutes before getting up running across the halls then screaming: "WARUM HAST DU DAS GEMACHT? WARUM WARUM WARUM HAST DU DAS GEMACHT? DER SCHMERZ!" then dropping on the floor dead.
Test 5: Class-D who wasn't as violent against personnel. Same instructions as Test 4. Same results as Test 3. The subject was let loose to roam the facility while all personnel were to be locked in the security. Class-D screamed more German then soon fell on the floor dead.
Test 6: SCP-XXXX was used on SCP-096
