Special Containment Procedures: Controlled containment of SCP-7656 is at this time impossible (see description). SCP-7656 is currently contained at site-16 occupying site-██ third floor mens bathroom. SCP-7565's containment cell (reffered to as SCP-7656-1) measures at 25 square feet (mens bathroom prior to occupation by SCP-7656 measured 32.5 square meters) with walls, ceiling and floor made of black obsidian. Centered in the room is a bed with a casing made of same material, and a matress with a white bedsheat. Light can only be cast into the room when SCP-7656 is active. This is also the only period that SCP-7656-1 can be entered. Any non-foundation object taken out of SCP-7656-1 will after 12 hours disappear from outside the room, and return to SCP-7656-1. Any object left inside SCP-7656-1 willafter 12 hours disappear, and return to the location object was last located at. Cats, dogs, ferrets and penguins does not adhere to this (see addendum 7656-3), all other sentient lifeforms will either be killed, or returned outside of SCP-7656 (see addendum 7656-2)
Description: SCP-7656 is a caucasian male, aged 16 and measures 1.86 meters in height. SCP-7656 was discovered on 6/8/2021 at site-16 walking into the cafateria, stating: "I was out of snacks". on-site security quickly apprehended SCP-7656 and was taken into questioning (see addendum 7656-1), and was put into containment, where the first instance of SCP-7656-1 was discovered. SCP-7656 seems to move its containment cell to wherever it pleases. Wherever SCP-7656 is contained, a black obisidian door will replace the door installed by foundation security, no matter the size of the door. During SCP-7656's active state; the door can be opened and SCP-7656-1 can be traversed by on-site personnel, even if SCP-7656 is present, although it expresses that it dosn't like personnel in it's room when it's present. Outside of SCP-7656's active state, the door is closed and locked and access is not possible, unless knocking politely and asking if they can enter (personnel is no longer allowed accessing SCP-7656-1 under SCP-7656's inactive state), SCP-7656 will open the door and be in a very docile state. It will often tell the personnel to "politely fuck off" and close the door. SCP-7656 will only open the door once every inactive cycle.

SCP-7656: (SCP-7656 leans forward, seemingly frustrated) "Yes, I know.. God how many times must I explain this."
Dr. Bernhard: (Looks confused at camera) "uuuh…"
SCP-7656: "Okay so basically. I am sent here to the foundation so that I can prevent it."
Dr. Bernhard: "Prevent what?"
SCP-7656: "That I cannot tell you. But my orders are to abide by your, the foundations, rules and regulations until it happens"
Dr. Bernhard: "Who gave you theese orders"
SCP-7656: "Well.. (chuckles) that I cannot tell you either."
Dr. Bernhard: "Who gave you your SCP id?"
SCP-7656: "The foundation ofcourse"
Dr. Bernhard: "When?"
SCP-7656: "That is a suprisingly hard question to answer. Not in the future, not in the past either. Just.. one of the times."
Dr. Bernhard: "One of the times?"
SCP-7656: "(ignores the question) So now what you must do.. (SCP-7656 pulls out a piece of paper, and seems to begin reading from it) lead me to one of your containment cells, site is of no matter. You may conduct research…"
Dr. Bernhard: "(interupts) now wait hold on a minute!"
SCP-7656: "SHHH! Let me finish! You may conduct research on me and my cell"
Dr. Bernhard: "(pause) Excuse me for a minute."
SCP-7656: "(sighs) ofcourse. everytime…"

Addendum # 7656-1-2:
Dr. Benhard: "I've talked with my superiors. They tell me to do as you have requested."
SCP-7656: "Oh you've talked with 05-█"

Addendum # 7656-2: During a test leaving humans inside of SCP-7656-1, D-6543 was found back in his containtment cell. He had pain in his groin, stating that SCP-7656 had "kicked him in the nuts" and told him that they shouldn't send more D-class personnel into his cell. Testing with D-class personnel stopped.
Testing animals inside SCP-7656-1, (which also led to Addendum 7656-3) shows that all predatory animals which poses a danger to SCP-7656, is found dead after the 12 hour period with severe trauma to the heart.
Addendum # 7656-3: When asked why only cats, dogs, ferrets and penguins didn't return to their laast location, SCP-7656 explained that he found them "cute" and "couldn't make himself return them until next active state"
