Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX should be stored in a sealed, opaque container 22cm x 38cm in dimension, with an allowable deviation of ± 1cm¹. This container should be clearly marked on both sides with the following information:

Instructions For Testing:

1. Read all of the following instructions aloud before proceeding
2. When prompted by the attending facility member, open this sealed envelope and remove its contents
3. Open the book to the first section. Do not begin until instructed by the facility member
4. Read each question carefully, and answer to the best of your ability
5. Only skip questions if you are certain that none of the provided answers are correct
6. You will have 1 hour to complete this test. Any attempts to answer questions after the allotted time has expired will result in a test failure
7. When you are finished, place and seal your pencil in the provided sterile container, slide the test book back into this envelope, and hand it to the attending facility member
8. Do not speak or make excessive noise during the allotted hour
9. Do not make any marks in the book other than with the provided pencil
10. Focus only on the pages containing questions; Do not skip to the back of the book
