Description: SCP-051-J is an anime-style painting of Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin naked and holding each other. Any entity that touches SCP-051-J will be incinerated apon contact. Any entity viewing SCP-051-J will request it's destruction or to have it be illegal in a language that others around it will understand, this effect applies to all animals. If nobody approves or nobody is around, the entity will attempt to destroy it, but will be set on fire apon touching SCP-051-J. The SCP Foundation has reached out to many governments to make the existence of SCP-051-J illegal, which has proven futile. SCP-051-J is animate, and can 'run' up to 143 miles per hour.
