Description:
SCP-6948 appears as an average looking human seemingly of Eastern European origin; 178 cm tall, 88.4 kg, pale skin, wearing time-period appropriate buisness attire, behaving unremarkably when left alone and confused when confronted about its origins or personal history. all self references and identification use the alias 'jan kauflinvsky'

SCP-6948 appears exclusively in points of international travel such as international airports and transit terminals that cross country borders. event sites appear to be random. however SCP-6948 is generally reported travelling before a major catastrophe

SCP-6948 is typically stopped by local border authorities for having a passport from a country that does not exist or has not existed for many years proclaiming to be on a buisness trip. when it is not stopped by local border authorities, it is confronted by other civilians asking to see his ID, or asking where it is from.

SCP-6948 will, in a typical reported event, present it's identification records (passport, drivers license, sometimes a unknown king's stamp of passage in much earlier sitings) to local authorities, who will detain spc 6948 attempting to verify given ID.
