Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4329 has a permanent placement at site 19 since the year «Data redacted». It's permanent containment is in the observation deck of site 19 where it is being watched constantly by a member of personal because it is currently looking at our solar system and is seeming to be placed around the orbit of Pluto. This can prove useful to us for the reason that site 19 observation team can see any incoming danger that is not detected by SCP-179. For this fact 05 command has forbidden the closing of SCP-4329.
Description: SCP-4329 is a pair of maroon coloured curtains with a golden coloured oval in the middle of the curtain. SCP- 4329 has a length of 5 feet, a width of 6 feet 6 inches, a thickness of ¼ of an inch and a texture close to sheep wool but is not made from any known material. SCP- 4329 anomalies effects only take place ones SCP-4329 is hung above a window. Once it is properly hung it well remain idle till it is manipulated by a member of personal from open to closed then back to open. Ones it is reopened the window well have switched to be looking at a random point in are universe.
Ones this affect takes place the window that SCP-4329 is hung above will be classified as 4329-1 up to the point of the removal of SCP-4328. This effect is only visible from the side of the window that SCP-4329 is hanging on. from the other side of the window it well appears to be as normal. The effect that SCP-4329 dose to the window well remain on the window as long as SCP-4329 is hanging above the window.
To undo the effect that is caused by SCP-4329 a member of personal has to close and then open the curtains after which the window will revert back to normal and it will be safe to take down SCP-4329 from the window. DO NOT ATTEMPT to take down SCP-4329 if its effect is still in place this will result in a blinding flash of white light that well blind any member of personal that is looking at SCP-4329 for a matter of minutes. Once the blinding flash is over the window will have reverted back to normal and is now safe to take down.
SCP-4329 well not effect a window that has a crack, hole or scratch. There is no known way to do a test on SCP-4329 to find out what material it is made of because SCP-4329 is invincible to any and all damage that the foundation is capable of doing. Because of the command from 05 there is to be no testing done on SCP-4329 for the foreseeable future. As of the writing of this document. Because it would be too much of a risk to do testing at this current moment while it is still observing our universe.

1. Any personal that has access to the observation deck at site 19 can look through the window that is currently being manipulated by SCP-4329 if permission is granted from the current member of personnel that is assigned to watch over SCP-4329.
