Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently contained in an airtight, completely closed chamber in Site19. Save for replenishing the entity's food and water supplies, the chamber is not to be opened by anyone at any time.
When administering food and water to SCP-XXXX, a very specific system is in place.
Food/water must be placed in between two doors that, when closed, create an airtight container. Door 1 opens to the facility, and Door 2 opens to SCP-XXXX's chamber. Only one of these doors is to remain open at any given time. Once the food is in between Door 1 and Door 2, Door 1 is to be opened, allowing SCP-XXXX to consume the food/water.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a tall black creature with a vague humanoid appearance. The creature stands around 2.5 meters tall, with a wingspan of around 2.6 meters. The skin of the creature is very sticky, allowing it to climb walls and buildings. The creature was observed walking on both its hind legs and all four legs - the latter allowing for much faster travel.
Researchers have determined that the only goal driving SCP-XXXX's actions is to obtain food. When hunting, the creature consumes the entirety of whatever it killed. The creature kills its victims by strangling them, then eats them with its abnormally large amounts of teeth, evidently for ripping and eating flesh.
SCP-XXXX also possesses a unique size-shifting property. The creature will change its size to fit through the available space. It has been observed sliding under doors and through air vents when attacking human prey. It is for this reason that SCP-XXXX must be kept in an airtight chamber. The creature does not require oxygen for its survival.
When initially observed on █/█/██, the creature was consuming a human victim in their house. The friend of the victim had managed to escape, as SCP-XXXX was eating and therefore did not give chase to the friend. The friend called authorities, but the Foundation answered. The creature was observed from afar, but not approached because of little knowledge on what it was/did. After watching for █ hours, the researchers decided to move farther in. Because of how careless the creature became while eating, the team needed to act before the creature finished eating. Rudimentary barricades were constructed around the house the creature was in, but because SCP-XXXX's size-shifting properties were unknown at the time, the creature escaped. The friend of the victim was taken by the Foundation and interviewed, referred to below as Friend 1.
A similar occurrence happened █ years later, on █/█/██. The friend of a victim had escaped an SCP-XXXX attack, and called authorities. This time, the Foundation created an airtight container around the house as the creature was eating, shrinking it until it was ready for transport to Site19. The friend was taken by the Foundation and interviewed, referred to below as Friend 2.

Interviews
Interviewed: Friend 1
Interviewer: Dr. ████████
Foreword: Dr. ████████ interviews the friend of an SCP-XXXX victim. She witnessed the attack and physically saw SCP-XXXX.
<Begin Log>
Interviewer: What did this creature look like?
Friend 1: It was big, really tall. All black, these scary, terrifying eyes. I didn't want to look at it, when it attacked I just ran for it. I don't think anything could top how terrified I was then. It's just … I can't even explain it.
