SCP 6969 is approximately two entities that reside within the [👮 SECURITY!] Asylum. They are known to cause multiple lockdowns as they can phase through solid materials, knowledge of how and why they do this is unknown, attempts to reason or talk to SCP-6969 lead to pure chaos.

SCP-6969-420

SCP-6969-420 is the second entity found within the facility, it is believed that the SCP is a human male, showing features of Hispanic descendance. SCP-6969-420 is extremely docile and will choose to instead run away, SCP-6969-420 is said to ''Behave like a little gremlin'' when confronted or chased. It has proven nearly impossible to contain or secure SCP-6969-420 as it finds ways to phase out of the room through solid material.

SCP-6969-P

SCP-6969-P is the first entity to be found within the facility, SCP-6969-P resembles a Caucasian Human Male, showing the features of a European man, SCP-6969-P wears a clown nose along with clown hair, SCP-6969-P often honks the clown noise in order to scare/taunt nearby guards of staff.

EXTRA DETAILS

It has proven impossible to speak to SCP-6969 as they do not seem to speak English, whilst they resemble features of a normal human being, they speak a different language. The language has been named ''Pumpagen Gnotongue''. They seem to speak incomprehensible gibberish, speaking such words as ''Poogagenvillemobil'', their language uses multiple words found in the English language, it is believed this is where the language originated from.

CONTAINMENT

Containment is impossible, however, SCP-6969 can be restrained and brought back to a holding cell, atleast 5 Security Personnel must be outside the holding cell 24/7. Breakouts are to be reported to the on-site supervisor. Breakouts are considered normal, any changes in behavior are to be reported to the on-site supervisor.
