PROTOCOL 11-8
-No physical interaction with SCP-699 is allowed at any time. All physical interaction is prohibited. If SCP-699 is spotted by a foundation personnel, they are to report to the nearby site supervisor.
SCP-699 is to be vigilated when possible. If spotted, the area surrounding SCP-699 must be evacuated and MTF personnel are to set up a perimeter around said area.
There is no way to contain SCP-699, if spotted near a site, an MTF Squadron is to be dispatched to evacuate personnel and staff.
SCP-699s main attack would be it’s fluids, the entity ejaculates a yellowish brown substance that is extremely acidic and will melt anything it comes in contact with. All foundation personnel are to wear specially designed protective suits when enforcing a perimeter, all MTF personnel around said perimeter are to be kept in small squads of 4 individuals each, all patrolling an area of 2km

Description: SCP-699 appears to be an elderly humanoid, with a general appearance of advanced decomposition. This appearance may vary, but the “rotting” quality is observed in all forms. SCP-699 is not exceptionally agile, and will remain motionless for days at a time, waiting for prey, recent studies have concluded that SCP-699 is incapable of sprinting for a time period greater than 5 minutes. SCP-699 is also capable of scaling any vertical surface and can remain suspended upside down indefinitely. When attacking, SCP-699 will attempt to lure prey by slowly conversing with the victim, if this attempt fails, SCP-699 will then become agitated and hostile, and will begin to shoot its right hand into the victim’s rectum, autopsies showing the victim’s internal organs re-positioned. SCP-699 appears to prefer human prey items in the 10-20 years of age.
SCP-699’s fluid causes a “corrosion” effect in all solid matter it touches, engaging a physical breakdown in materials multiple milliseconds after contact. This is observed as rusting, rotting, and cracking of materials, and the creation of yellowish brown mucus-like substance similar to the material SCP-699’s fluid is made up of. This effect is particularly detrimental to living tissues, and is assumed to be a “pre-digestion” action. Corrosion continues for forty four hours after contact, after which the material/being it came in contact with begins to decompose down to it’s skeleton.
SCP-699 is capable of passing through solid matter, leaving behind a large patch of its corrosive mucus. SCP-699 is able to “vanish” inside solid matter, entering what is assumed to be a form of “intergalatical torture dungeon”. SCP-699 is then able to exit this at will dimension from any point connected to the initial entry point (examples: “entering” the inner wall of a room, and “exiting” the outer wall. Entering a wall, and exiting from the ceiling). It is unknown if this is the point of origin for SCP-699, or a simple “lair” created by SCP-699.
Recent observations/studies have concluded that SCP-699 refers to itself as “Jim”. This has been found through listening in on his attempts to persuade a victim into following him into a secluded area in which he will [REDACTED]. Observations have concluded SCP-699 talks in the 3rd person.
Limited observation of SCP-699's “dungeon” has shown it to be comprised mostly of halls and rooms, with [DATA EXPUNGED] entry. This activity can continue for days, with some subjected individuals being released for the express purpose of hunting, amusement, [DATA EXPUNGED]
