Special Containment Procedures: SCP- 9800 is locked up in a 4m x 1m containment area. 2 cameras are placed in SCP- 9800's cell, with at least 1 Facility Guard. SCP- 9800 is put under a highly accurate scale to make sure none of the liquid from SCP- 9800. If the scale is lower than it is supposed to be, mandatory camera checks are executed.
Description: SCP- 9800 is a bear bottle with a height of 7 inches. The liquid inside of SCP- 9800 appears to change color between 4-78 minutes. Randomly, SCP- 9800 will make an extremely low pitched growling noise, although SCP- 9800 does not seem to have anything living inside the bottle, or the bottle being alive itself
When drunk, SCP- 9800 gives a strange relief sigh. The drinker(will be referred to as SCP- 9800-A) will lose consciousness for 1-12 minutes. When the drinker wakes they receive a new personality(which is randomly chosen). And after 1-3 hours, SCP- 9800-A will start tearing his/herself open, starting from the jaw.
SCP- 9800-A will start tearing of parts of the body that are not essential for living. The muscles and skeleton are replaced with a black ghostly substance in the shape of SCP- 9800-A's own body part. After SCP- 9800 has deceased, the body will rot 5 times faster than it normally does. After 30-57 minutes of rotting, the corpse will slowly get back up.
The corpse(SCP- 9800-1) will start screaming for random amounts of hours. Then SCP- 9800-1 will look at its surroundings and start running toward the nearest living being(SCP- 9800-B). SCP- 9800-1 is able to see SCP- 9800-B behind any material. When SCP- 9800-B is caught, SCP- 9800-1 will grab SCP- 9800-B and drag them to SCP-9800.
SCP- 9800-1 knows where to go and how to get to there regardless of where SCP- 9800 is. When there, SCP- 9800-B will begin to shrink enough to fit into SCP- 9800. Then SCP- 9800-1 will put SCP- 9800-B into the bottle, creating new liquid. Then SCP- 9800-1 will begin to fade. Then the cycle starts over.

I have made several unsuccessful SCP's, I added more information. My old SCP's used to have only three paragraphs of description
I also made a more better containment procedures paragraph, I didn't focus too much on the containment procedures because I had more ideas for description, and some find containment procedures boring.
I thought 5 paragraphs of would be enough for description, since that is how many some popular SCP's have.
I really hope this SCP becomes popular and maybe gets some videos about it, sorry I had no pictures. But I think you can picture the SCP in your head.
