Special Containment Procedures: Instances of SCP-XXXX under foundation control are to be kept in a dismantled state in the high security wing of Site-37. The entrance of the wing is to be guarded by armed security personnel. Maintenance and cleaning inside the containment chamber are to take place under constant supervision.
The Subotin space industries production complex and testing area is to be kept under constant surveillance by foundation satellites as well as field agents. Material transports to and away from the facility which indicate upcoming new developments are to be reported to site director Klimov.
The financial situation of Subotin space industries is to be constantly monitored, and potential opportunities to buy the company as a whole must be taken at once.
UPDATE: Following the hostile takeover of Subotin space industries by Belyakov rocket enterprises, MTF Phi-8 ("Korolev double-cross") has been established to assist in developing countermeasures against SCP-XXXX instances for which containment has not yet been achieved. Description: SCP-XXXX refers to a number of intercontinental ballistic missiles and civilian space rockets constructed by the Russian company Subotin space industries, formerly designated OKB-382 Subotin, located near the city of Astrakhan The anomalous properties of these rockets, hereby designated SCP-XXXX-X to SCP-XXXX-XX, are manifest in their construction, as various anomalous technologies and parts have been used to enhance the performance of these missiles in a multitude of ways.
Instances currently under foundation control were acquired following the collapse of the USSR and the subsequent transformation of OKB-382 into a private company.
