Item: SCP ####
Obejct class: Euclid
Special containment procedures:
SCP-###, although strictly uncontainable, is functionally under foundation custody with only a []% containment breach probability. In order to ensure containment, at least seven class D personnel must be ordered to sleep in each time zone. Foundation personnel tasked with the containment of SCP-### must make sure that there is a group of D-class personnel passing through REM Sleep at 3 am local time. All of the D-class personnel will be told that they are participating in an experiment to evaluate sleeping patterns. The D-class must not be made aware of SCP-###. Any D-class that is even partially aware of the entities will be pulled from the program and debriefed. The d-Class personnel are to be woken only if an emergency that requires evacuation presents itself (such a containment breach). otherwise, they are to remain asleep. In the event of a SCP-### containment breach of one or multiple instances of the phenomenon, the victim must be amnesticized and any physical or digital descriptions or representations of the encounter must be destroyed.
Description:
SCP-### is a group of seven shadowlike entities (refered henceforth as SCP-###-1 through 7) that manifest around a human as they sleep. They posses no discernable features and can not be confidently described as humanoid. Their apperance is unknown to the foundation due to the fact that they can only be seen by the victims of a SCP-### Type-C event. The rest of the victim's only experience projections of the entities while inside a dreamstate.
This phenomenon can manifest itself to any human, regrdless of gender, ethnicity or creed, that is sleeping during the aformentioned timeframe. Curiously, manifestations of SCP-### will only occur to individuals that are 21 years or higher. An individual is more likely to experience SCP-### if they meet the following criteria
- A healthy circadian rythm.
- A normal balanced diet.
- No prior history with insomnia.
- A prior history of using psychodelics.
D-class personnel that will be placed in SCP-###'s containment program must meet the first three criteria.
SCP-### instances are classified as A, B or C type events:
- Type-A events consist of only one of the seven SCP-### entities manifesting.
- Type-B events are characterised by the apperance of all seven entities. These events are top priority for containment.
- Type-C events are any of the previous two types that have been interrupted by the awakening of the victim. During a Type C event, by order of the ethics comittee, the victim must be sedated inmediately. For more information please refer to addendum 2.
All victims should be questioned by a foundation researcher and a psychologist after experiencing an event.
