Special Containment Procedures: SCP-MUSTACHE is not to be approached by Foundation personnel, nor D-class personnel under their command, but only by people heretofore unaffiliated with the Foundation (referred to in this entry as Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary personnel respectively).
The entity must be monitored by Secondary personnel, and regular logs are to be kept of the entity's actions. The entity appears to exhibit extra-sensory awareness of its observers in direct proportion to how intensely it is being observed, and as such, logs will not be more frequent than twice per day, and never more extensive than one page. Logs will consist of activities and general habits performed by the entity, as well of any deviations from previous days.
Direct encounters with the entity by Secondary and Primary personnel are strictly forbidden; see Addendum MUSTACHE-01. If it is required to come within 100 meters of the entity,
