Containment Procedure:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained at site ██ in a spherical lead lined unit of solid Fe-58 no smaller then 10cm in diameter, No forms of radiation are to enter said unit. The unit must contain a complete vacuum at all times and be changed monthly.
Description
SCP-XXXX is an 5cm x 5cm x 5cm object of cubic shape made of unknown materials. Whenever SCP-XXXX come into contact with any form of radiation it absorbs the nearest and least stable example of mass then converting into SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 is most often a completely new element not seen on the periodic table, The properties of SCP-XXXX-1 vary often, from extremely destructive to, ground breaking and extremely developmental.
Addendum-1:
SCP-XXXX was permitted for testing, A high voltage ██-ray was blasted at SCP-XXXX, approximately 10 seconds later a SCP-XXXX-1 with twice the density of hassium and a half-life of exactly 13.6 hours was produced, at the end of said half-life the atoms SCP-XXXX-1 reversed polarities creating a small scale antimatter explosion breaking containment. SCP-XXXX was retrieved 7 hours later encased in a SCP-XXXX-1 which had approximately 10.95 times the hardness of diamond and an estimated half life of 97 years. No further testing permitted without lv-4 clearance.
