Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in containment at all times. In the case of an escape, a lockdown of the surrounding area is to take place. No alarms are permitted to be in use during this lockdown. Any personnel aiding in the capture of SPC-XXXX are required to use noiseless stun weapons. Weapons that make any noise above … decibels are not permitted.

Guards or researchers of SPC-XXXX are required to wear soundproof headphones at all times. A second set of earplugs are also recommended, however, they are not required. No music or other form of sound is permitted to be played through these devices. Communication devices are not permitted past gate ██. Personnel are not required, but are recommended, to know some form of sign language, as no audible conversations are permitted within .. yds of SPC-XXXX.

Meals are to be delivered to SCP-XXXX via automated systems to avoid incidents similar to Addendum XXXX.03. The diet of SCP-XXXX is similar to basic human needs, although it does seem to have a significant liking of fish and other forms of seafood. Silverware is not permitted. SCP-XXXX is to be monitored during the entire time it partakes in its meal, as to avoid any possible forms of noise manipulation. (See Addendum XXXX.00 for more information on former incidents)

Please note that any and all transportation of SCP-XXXX must been must be brought up with the Site Director before any actions are taken.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity, approximately … meters in length. It has pale, almost white skin that has been described as "sickly-looking" by many who have seen it. The entity also has dark black eyes and light "hair" that matches the tone of its skin.

Tests have been conducted to determine the genetic makeup of SPC-XXXX's "hair", however, few have returned with a result. Completed tests find a similarity between this entity's "hair" and the whiskers of catfish.

Addendum XXXX.01: SCP-XXXX was originally captured on 00/00/0000 and placed in containment in site █. After a failed transportation attempt under the supervision of Doctors ███ and ██████, SPC-XXXX managed to escape.¹ It was found two weeks later in the back alley of a popular record shop in [REDACTED]²

Addendum XXXX.02:

Addendum XXXX.03: An incident that took place on [REDACTED] caused a major disruption within the cell of SCP-XXXX. Within the first few days of SPC-XXXX's arrival to site █, personnel from the entity's former site, site █, came to make sure appropriate measures were being taken in the containment of SCP-XXXX. It was during this time that new guards arrived for the observation of SCP-XXXX's meal.

SCP-XXXX was given the standard lunch for that hour, as well as the standard silverware. SPC-XXXX ignored the food offered and began banging its silverware against the wall. The entity was able to break the lock of its cell using these sounds waves. The incident was handled within minutes, with minimal causalities.

The containment of SCP-XXXX has since been updated and strict procedures are now in place for the feeding of SCP-XXXX. (See information on meal times above)
