SCP-983-J: The Massive, Sensitive Centipede.
Object class: Euclid
Protection Procedures: SCP-983-J Must ALWAYS be kept in a sandy environment, and in a massive glass chamber, for SCP-983-J Likes people, whether it be Class-D, Scientist, or any other personnel of the facility to view it's existence. Unless discomplemented, in which case it is hostile.
About SCP-983-J: SCP-983-J Is a massive centipede that constantly will travel around when bored. SCP-983-J must ALWAYS be either admired or simply pet, otherwise it will slither around victims of SCP-983-J and squeeze, most of the time suffocating them. Lets call this victim SCP-983-J-1. If said victim doesn't suffocate, then SCP-983-J will stretch it's mandibles large enough to devour the victim, and will begin to eat the victim, always finding a way to destroy any type of armor that the subject may have.
SCP-983-J Cannot speak, but is aware of it being contained in a facility, and doesn't mind being there at all, never attempting to escape, unless discomplemented. In this case it will teleport to the person who discomplemented it, killing them as described before.
A test has been run on SCP-983-J in which they sent a Class-D Personnel to the exact other side of the earth, in which there was no desert like climate anywhere nearby.
Class-D #84374 was sent.
Here is what happened.
Class-D: I'm at the other part of the Earth, what now?
Dr. [REDACTED]: Discomplement the centipede.
Class-D #84374 discomplemented the centipede.
The centipede teleported within no time.
Class-D #84374: HOLY [REDACTED] IT'S HERE.
Dr. [REDACTED]: Is it moving?
Class-D #84374: IT'S MOVING!!!
Dr. [REDACTED]: Sir, did you call the centipede a [REDACTED]?
Class-D #84374: YES!!!
Dr. [REDACTED]: Sir, are yo-
The audio cut out from there, and both Dr. [REDACTED] and Class-D #384374 were both found dead in a desert, with multiple mandible-like bite marks in their chest and neck.
No other information is yet known about SCP-983-J.
