Special Containment Protocol: SCP 4607 is a humanoid with bright blue eyes and teeth, 4607 is to be contained in a 2-meter-thick cell with no personnel within 35 meters of SCP 4607. SCP 4607 is to be maintained and feed using automatons and viewed through cameras ONLY.
June 12, 2003 – a child was born with bright blue eyes, the SCP foundation was eminently alerted to this and moved in, field teams administered B-Grade amnestic to the staff and parents of the child being told the child was stillborn.
December 30, 2005 – SCP 4607 has been cared for by staff at site ## along with SCP’s ##, ## and ##. SCP has grown his first tooth and its Blue similar shade as his eyes. Studies show that SCP 4607’s eyes and teeth are nothing special just normal teeth and normal eyes except their glow.
Incident Report 4607 – 01 – SCP 4607 anomalies ability has manifested, unexpectedly SCP 4607 has manifested another anomalies trait, SCP 4607 was playing with SCP’s ##, ## and ## when Blue strings began to extrude from SCP 4607’s fingertips latching to SCP ##,##, ## and Prof Lanes’ necks, resulting in the accidental deaths of SCPS ##, ##, ## and Prof Lane.
Addendum – attempts to cut SCP 4607’s stings have been met with failure as the stings appear to not exist but can merely be seen.
Requests to test using SCP 4607 abilities with D-Class personnel has been approved.
Experiment Log 1 – SCP 4607 has been placed in a large cell with D-Class situated at different distances from SCP 4607. Tests have proven a maximum distance of the strings projected from SCP 4607’s fingertips as 35 meters.
Experiment Log 3 – SCP 4607 has proven difficult; SCP 4607 has learned to detach his strings from D-Class however effects still last requiring psychiatric treatment if effects prove necessary.
Incident Report 4607 -09 – SCP 4607 this time has manipulated Personnel to do his bidding assisting him in an escape, SCP 4607 made it 50 meters of the site before being taken down my tranquilisers. SCP 4607 has been informed further attempts will be treated with a hostile force.
Addendum – after incident report 4607 – 09 further tests have been put on hold; SCP is also now contained in 3-meter-thick walls with an addition 40-meter empty space surrounding SCP 4607’s cell. No Personnel are to come within 35 meters of SCP 4607 and if this is ignored lethal force may be used on personnel
