Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be [Redacted] SCP-XXXX is allowed to roam freely as long as it follows the strict guidelines given to it by the foundation as it does not possess a desire to harm humans and avoids harming humans and partly because containment of SCP-XXXX is currently not possible using the foundation's resources, nor is it necessary. SCP-XXXX is required to wear a tracker at all times and must be accompanied by at least two security personnel when roaming outside an SCP foundation site. If SCP-XXXX is provoked, accompanying security personnel are to remove all provocateurs from the vicinity of SCP-XXXX using excessive amounts of force. In the event that SCP-XXXX does not wish to return to an SCP foundation site, security personnel are not to attempt to get SCP-XXXX to return to a foundation site by force, nor are they to insist on SCP-XXXX returning to a foundation site. Security personnel are to follow SCP-XXXX until it wishes to return. No attempts at retrieval are required.
SCP-XXXX is to be provided with all forms of food (within reason) that it requests. SCP-XXXX is also to be provided any electronic gadgets that it requests (within reason) that it requests. SCP-XXXX's home should be completely furnished with all appliances required for an average person. SCP-XXXX is to be provided with a new suit or shirt of its choice whenever one of its clothes are worn out.
Description: At first glance, SCP-XXXX looks like an ordinary 1.56cm tall teenage boy of Eurasian descent capable of speech with no further outstanding external characteristics aside from being slightly underweight and has been observed to have mild scoliosis. SCP-XXXX is usually seen dressed in a black suit and occasionally a top hat despite having the appearance of a teenager. Despite being extremely intelligent (having an IQ of roughly 400) and having the average maturity of a 20-year-old, SCP-XXXX has been diagnosed with ADHD and is slightly sadistic in nature. SCP-XXXX is extremely charismatic and is well-liked among foundation staff. This has proved to be a non anomalous property.
Foundation staff immediately attempted recovery of SCP-XXXX at site-█ after suddenly appearing in an extremely bright 'ball of energy'. Upon appearing, SCP-XXXX acted extremely aggressively towards personnel attempting to capture it, resulting in the death of █ foundation personnel. This also resulted in the containment breach of SCP-██ which was later recaptured and contained. Upon breaking out of the site, SCP-XXXX walked in a random direction and found itseld in ███. SCP-XXXX then proceeded to destroy multiple vehicles and smaller stores in a fit of rage while demanding to know what planet it was on and asking for a 'communicator' to contact the ██ ███. No civilian casualties were recorded but █ civilians were injured. After approximately three minutes, SCP-XXXX calmed down. Foundation personnel arrived two minutes later and SCP-XXXX willingly entered foundation custody. The rest of the city's population was given amnesties on a mass scale through the use of [Redacted].
SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties were revealed while it was enraged at ███. SCP-XXXX is able to cast a completely black blast of 'lightning' from his fingertips which would immediately disintegrate any material extremely quickly upon contact. Disintegrated material does not leave behind any residue and the 'black lightning' is theorised to destroy atomic bonds at a molecular level, transforming the disintegrated material into gas. SCP-XXXX's next anomalous property is that SCP-XXXX is extremely strong and possesses telekinetic abilities on par with its strength. It was seen to be able to fling vehicles with relative ease and destroy many storesl. The full strength of SCP-XXXX's telekinetic abilities has not yet been revealed. SCP-XXXX is also unable to be harmed by any means. As of yet, no attempt at even cutting a single strand of hair of SCP-XXXX was successful. SCP-XXXX does not feel pain or discomfort when such tests are being performed and SCP-XXXX gives his full consent for such tests to take place. SCP-XXXX's final anomalous property is being able to transform into a creature which mouth spans from ear to ear containing a row of extremely sharp teeth. In this appearance, SCP-XXXX's eyes turn completely black and extremely sharp claws are formed as they puncture through its fingertips. This does not have any effects on its clothing as SCP-XXXX maintains the same height and size in this form. SCP-XXXX has also been observed being able to control its transformations, making only one or two of these properties visible at a time.
SCP-XXXX reportedly told Doctor ██ that it was 229 years old but had received its anomalous properties when it was 16 years of age causing it to stop aging. When questioned on how it received its abilities, it stated that it [Redacted] and that it merged with the ██ ██.
SCP-XXXX had stated that it came from an alternate universe in which humans are the dominant species and that it was their ruler. It revealed [Redacted]. The humans then went on to conquer the entire universe using technology that they acquired and reverse engineered from ███. SCP-XXXX stated it did not know how it suddenly appeared at a foundation base. SCP-XXXX explained that [Redacted] and that this was only approximately ██% of its full power. According to SCP-XXXX, it could be assumed that SCP-XXXX had almost godlike abilities in its own universe. SCP-XXXX also stated that it continually grows stronger and that 200 years ago, it only had approximately ██% of the strength it currently possesses. Allowing SCP-XXXX to reach its full power is to be avoided at all costs The SCP foundation will try to assist SCP-XXXX return to its universe which will in turn activate its full potential.
Since SCP-XXXX was not containable, the SCP foundation had to provide SCP-XXXX with things of interest and convince it not to leave site-█. This worked for about a month before SCP-XXXX got bored and breached the site. No loss of life was recorded when SCP-XXXX breached the site. SCP-XXXX was left uncontained and mobile task forces worldwide were dispatched to locate SCP-XXXX which proved unsuccessful. SCP-XXXX was uncontained for two weeks before it returned to site-█ and acted as if nothing had happened. Questioning SCP-XXXX about this has led to it changing the subject or denying knowledge such an incident as SCP-XXXX finds frustrating foundation personnel entertaining. When asked where SCP-XXXX was for the duration of the time it was uncontained, it would usually state something along the lines of it being right behind the interviewer the entire time and that invisibility was one of its abilities.
Right after the containment breach, Researcher ██ threatened SCP-XXXX with permanent containment if it ever left the site again. SCP-XXXX then entered a rage state after arguing with the researcher resulting in the near complete destruction of site-█. ███ foundation personnel were killed in the destruction of the site and SCP-██ and SCP-██ were destroyed, SCP-██ was killed and SCP-██ is currently missing. The amount of debris found did not correspond with the amount of destruction SCP-XXXX caused leading to a conclusion that SCP-XXXX used its 'black lightning' to destroy the site.
SCP-XXXX was then next seen at the funeral for the deceased personnel. SCP-XXXX was initially treated as hostile but after it made no attempt to attack the security personnel shooting at it, it was left on its own until after the funeral where it willingly entered foundation custody for the third time. During an interview, SCP-XXXX stated that it was sorry and appeared to be genuinely remorseful as a result of the loss of life that it caused and regretted his decision of destroying the site.
During the interview directly after SCP-XXXX entered foundation custody for the third time, SCP-XXXX volunteered to assist the foundation on the condition that the foundation does all it can to help SCP-XXXX return to its own universe. SCP-XXXX would prove to be useful in terminating and destroying SCPs scheduled for termination that would otherwise be unable to be destroyed or terminated. SCP-XXXX's vast knowledge in various sciences and dealing with nonhuman entities in the past would also prove to be a great asset for the foundation to conduct research. Its abilities would also be useful to recontain other SCPs in the event of a containment breach. This proposal is currently awaiting for commands directly from the 05 council on whether to accept the deal given by SCP-XXXX.
