Containment Protocals: The Android Moto-[redacted] mobile phone has been discontinued and all devices recalled. A false news article claiming that the phone emits harmful gamma rays is to be circulated to ensure the repossession of all Moto-[redacted] phones.
Any SCP-XXXX-B instances are to be handled by MTF Sigma-8 ("Minutemen") and any instances of SPC-XXXX are to be stored within a standard small items containment cabinet.
Testing of SCP-XXXX must be approved by Professor Manwerring.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an Android Moto-[redacted] mobile phone.
When asked about the phone, Android executives denied it's existence.
No phone development company seems to have any knowledge of the creation of SCP-XXXX
SCP-XXXX-A is an entity that will periodically call any instance of SCP-XXXX that is not powered off or on airplane mode. Upon being engaged in conversation, the entity will express confusion, claiming to have dialed the wrong number. Before hanging up however, the entity will spout a seemingly mundane piece of advice.
Testing has concluded that the sentences spoken by the entity are not warnings of the future, nor advice for relevant problems as some have claimed, but are in fact an audio-memetic hazard originating from SCP-XXXX itself.
Note: Foundation scientists have repeatedly failed to track calls originating from SCP-XXXX-A.
SCP-XXXX-B is any event that occurs after SCP-XXXX-A hangs up on an individual in which the recipient of the call will fall into a paranoid state. These individuals are violent and exceptionally prone to outbursts
These events often lead to extreme amounts of physical violence that otherwise would not have occured.
Testing has concluded that an SCP-XXXX-B event can be easily avoided if the recipient of the call hangs up before SCP-XXXX-A can issue it's memetic hazard.
Addendum: The first Instance of SCP-XXXX-B occured in Twin falls Idaho when a young Caucasian female received a call warning her of a betrayal from a close friend. The argument that followed quickly escalated to ridiculous proportions, and somehow became an all out brawl between the the residents of several seemingly unconnected residents of different apartments.
Local police were unable to difuse the situation and, in some cases, ended up provoking more violence.
Under cover agents within the police force were able to send out a distress beacon, prompting the foundation to send in an MTF team.
Unfortunately, the MTF agents were also caught in the fight and had to request assistance.
A proposal was submitted to the O-5 counsil for the deployment of the experimental MTF team Sigma-8.
The proposal was quickly accepted and MTF Sigma-8 was able to confiscate SCP-XXXX with minimal effort and without the need for amnestics.
MTF Sigma-8 was then assigned permanently to the confiscation of SCP-XXXX and the Erasure of SCP-XXXX-B instances when not on call for missions of higher importance.
The following is a record kept by Professor Manwerring of the initial tests of SCP-XXXX.
Tuesday
12:45 SCP-XXXX began ringing. Manwerring picked up the phone and answered.

Manwerring Ahoy?
SCP-XXXX-A Hey Bailey, just wanted to check in, see how things are going.
Manwerring I'm sorry, you have the wrong number. This is Professor Manwerring.
SCP-XXXX-A Oh really? I'm so sorry to bother you.
*Manwerring** It is no problem.
SCP-XXXX-A Of course, the problems will arise when you see through Gordon's lies.
Manwerring I'm sorry? What did you say?
At this time, SCP-XXXX-A hung up.
Some time after SCP-XXXX-As call, Dr. Gordon arrived to retrieve the files on SCP-[redacted] and was confronted by Professor Manwerring. The conversation quickly devolved into violence and both parties had to be restrained by on site security. Both recovered after taking low grade nestics.
6:15 SCP-XXXX rang and was again answered by Manwerring.
Manwerring Ahoy.
SCP-XXXX-A HELLO TRAVIS! What's been happening?
Manwerring May I ask who's calling?
SCP-XXXX-A It's me man!
Manwerring Can you please give me your full name?
SCP-XXXX-A Is this not Travis?
Manwerring No I'm afraid not but…
SCP-XXXX-A Oh sorry to bother you. I'll let you go now. Just remember to keep your friends close, because your enemies are already here.
At this time, SCP-XXXX-A hung up.
Immediately after this event, on site security had to subdue Manwerring and Jamison who erupted into a fight after Jamison had passed by Manwerring's door. Both parties recovered after receiving nestics.

Addendum: It seems that SCP-XXXX-A has an adverse affect on people who hear it's voice. Amnestics seem to have no effects on the individuals mental state, but low grade nestics can easily negate the effects of SCP-XXXX-A.
Do to the sudden and unpredictable appearances of SCP-XXXX-B instances, and the inability to utilize amnestics, MTF Sigma-8 have been assigned to the prevention of SCP-XXXX-B instances.
Manwerring is to continue his research into the identity of SCP-XXXX-A.
