Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5083 is to be contained in a large humanoid containment cell with walls lined by high powered magnets. The cell is to be well lit and maintain an adequate room temperature. SCP-5083 is to be visited by female class-C personnel at least once a week for no longer than two hours. During the visiting time, the personnel assigned to SCP-5083 must complement his appearance at least once. Male personnel are not permitted to enter after incident-5083-3.
The full extent of SCP-5083's anomalous properties is not yet fully understood at this time, and his abilities fluctuate depending on his current mood. It is highly recommended that SCP-5083 be kept calm and pacified.
In the event of a containment breach: The magnets lining the cell of SCP-5083 will be powered and remain until order is restored. Powerful magnetic forces disrupt most of his abilities and can potentially incapacitate him. If magnets fail to subdue him, then tranquilizers should be used. SCP-5083 must be located, returned to his cell, and immediately administered Class-A amnestics to assist with returning him to a passive state.
Description: SCP-5083 is a young Human male standing at 2.1 meters tall with large black and white feathered wings that measure a wingspan of 3.8 meters. He has demonstrated flight ability with fore mentioned wings on multiple occasions and should not be encouraged to exhibit these abilities. An X-ray of the wings revealed that the wings' internal structure is mainly a unique form of cartilage rather than bone. All attempts to retrieve a sample of the cartilage have failed.
SCP-5083 is generally very friendly towards those of the opposite sex. Most personnel report feeling an extreme sense of ease and safety during exposure and will refuse to call him by his designated number, instead referring to him as "Henry." Recorded logs of SCP-5083 speaking to female personnel shows that he is talkative and outgoing; following incident-5083-3, SCP-5083's visiting schedule has been reduced to once per week with only female personnel, males are strictly prohibited from meeting him.
Initial Contact: Sitings of SCP-5083 were first reported in rural communities outside major US cities, describing an angel attacking livestock. Foundation personnel tracked SCP-5083 to an abandoned village outside ██████. SCP-5083 was sheltering in a run-down church; ritual-like symbols were painted on the church's front door and the floor. SCP-5083 was discovered in the church emaciated and extremely hostile. In the retrieval report, it is stated that SCP-5083 killed two members of the retrieval team before being subdued.
Addendum:
Incident log 5083-1: SCP-5083 had just finished an obstacle course set up by Dr. █████ before instructions were given to him to return to his cell door at the far end of the room. He refused and complained about never getting to leave his cell when Dr. █████ ordered him again with threats of visiting privileges lost SCP-5083 phased through a wall and broke containment. He was soon retrieved by security personnel and administered the necessary amnestic as per his containment procedure.
Incident log 5083-3: Dr. █████ was interviewing SCP-5083 when a member of the security personnel entered the cell to deliver paperwork. SCP-5083 instantly began attacking him, ignoring Dr. █████'s orders. Additional security was summoned, opening fire immediately; SCP-5083 suffered no damage and was only taken down after multiple tranquilizer darts and was later given class-A amnestics.
