Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in storage locker XX on site during an inactive phase. During an inactive phase, the specific item locker is to be checked daily by assigned personnel for any signs of tampering Not good wording. Any unassigned personnel found to be interacting with SCP-XXXX are to be detained and reported to the Research Director.

24 hours before the predicted active phase window, SCP-XXXX is to be removed from the storage locker by a team of four research personnel and moved to designated research room. The designated research room is to be stocked with audio and video recording equipment. SCP-XXXX is to be placed on a table, connected to a power outlet, and turned on. The four researchers will then be randomly separated into teams of two in preparation of SCP-XXXX active phase.

During an active phase, SCP-XXXX is to be viewed by the team of researchers, two at a time, rotated every eight hours. Two additional researchers are to be on-call to transport SCP-XXXX related materials. Researchers will record audio and video of SCP-XXXXa and SCP-XXXXb onto two flashdrives. When the recordings are finished, they are to be delivered to the Research Director and to the committee as per the Rose Protocol. After SCP-XXXXc has been delivered to a safehouse, the four researchers assigned to SCP-XXXX will return SCP-XXXX to its storage locker will continue to rotate for the remainder of the active phase in case of changes to SCP-XXXXa or SCP-XXXXb. Description: SCP-XXXX is a _ model Vizio television. Through analysis performed during deconstruction and reconstruction, it has been determined that individual parts of the television hold no anomalous properties. At the same moment, a digital timer will display in the corner of SCP-XXXXb that correlates to the time of death of SCP-XXXXc.

SCP-XXXXa will display the events (up to ten minutes) that lead to the death of SCP-XXXXc from numerous angles and viewpoints. The broadcast ceases on upon the death of SCP-XXXXc, is still for a minute, and the plays on repeat. The display of The viewing angles displayed by SCP-XXXXb appear to be from security cameras, but inspection of the locations of numerous SCP-XXXXc have not revealed any such devices.
