Special Containment Procedures: As far as we know, SCP-4361 Cannot be contained.

Description: SCP-4361 Is a faceless 5'11 male that appears to be riding a bike. SCP-4361 seems to be non-aggressive but has abilities that can harm others. SCP-4361 can disable any technology within 2 miles preventing snipers and mobile task force from speaking over the radio. SCP-4361's Bicycle seems to be indestructible to anything we have tested the subject on things from High caliber snipers to bombs, but SCP-4361 seems to be destructible and will take bullets and will not react but when nobody is looking at it, it will regenerate the missing pieces in its body from any damage. SCP-4361 disables any technology including radios, computers, phones, and wi-fi sources.
