The following report is an approximation of SCP-xxxx from documents created by MTF Epsilon 7-B "Lovetown" , discovered █/██/██ at Site-11. On-site containment procedures begin with the evacuation of all civilians and government officials from the affected area, and the mobile administration of class-A amnestics before temporary relocation and redistribution of the affected populous. 6-26 Geiger-Mueller devices are placed around the estimated perimeter of SCP-xxxx, and connected to a mobile site approximately 2 Km from SCP-xxxx where MTF Epsilon 7-B "Lovetown" is situated to observe the phenomena.
Description: SCP-xxxx is presumed to be a space-time phenomena exclusively affecting the upper lithosphere of the earth in a spherical radius ranging from 3-12 square Km. Areas affected by SCP-xxxx will begin to periodically jump back to a previous state in history. While SCP-xxxx is active any physical interference with matter created by the phenomena will directly affect the history and the memories of those inside the affected area.
