Discription: S.C.P. 5122 is approximately 1.5 meters high and squat in shape, Blue gray in color with green striations throughout. tendrils or feelers are clustered atop its body trunk with 6 insect like 8 jointed legs at it’s base. An organ cluster is centered on it's trunk thought to be a visual receptor. It has no other visible appendages or oral cavity but its speech can be “heard” plainly as an internal thought.
Special containment Procedures: S.C.P. 5122 requires no personal comforts containment is sufficient in a standard containment cell. See Cautions atmospheric gas compound.
Cautions: The ventilation system in S.C.P. 5122’s cell is to be contained and separate from the rest of the facility. Fluid inclusion Gas of P(C6H5)3 triphenylphosphine compound renders S.C.P. 5122 long range ability’s inert. Gas canisters are to be checked on a monthly basis, Gas temperature must remain below 75deg. Celcius.
Requirements: S.C.P. 5122 requires daily interaction with humanoids as It enjoys conversation with carbon life forms. No Class D subjects are to used for daily conversation.
Cautions: Class D subjects are not to be allowed interaction with S.C.P. 5122 as the entity has a active ethical viewpoint

Incident: Indeliberate disclosure of the S.C.P.’s existence was unfortunately leaked through S.C.P. 5122’s abilities. However, the transmissions sent where thought to be imaginative fiction by the recipients, an attempt at socialization through its thought transfer ability with “Interesting Humanoids”, these transmissions are now cataloged under (L1987hf) (see data base archive) The Mendacus section has released a cover story; Transmissions are "Ideas" A fictional representation of S.C.P. activities as a popular short fiction story series and possibly game franchise. In response the above cautions will be observed to prevent any further information leakage.
Incident: Class D 2445 interaction with S.C.P. 5122 resulted in auditory Hallucinations and cephalgia after an interval of 2.4 minutes D 2445 suffered a lethal aneuriysm resulting in cessation of vital life functions. D 2445’s incarceration in S.C.P. facilities is due to a incident of Patricide (incarceration file D-2445 Inclusion in program (field 12) was S.C.P. 5122’s stated reason for terminating D 2445. see attached legal case file 24H)
