SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURE: SCP xxx is kept under heavy security in a big humanoid containment cell. under no circumstances that any security member can go near it. The security members have to stay at least 500 m away from the containment cell. There are cameras in the cell to monitor its movement. Its weapon has to be kept away from it and its hand handcuffed at all times.SCP XXX is not cooperative with the foundation and no members are allowed to test on it.It is cooperative only sometimes other then that its not. No personnel with a clearance level below 04 is allowed.
