Special Containment Procedures: Currently there is no way to reliably contain SCP-####. Foundation field agents are to be dispatched into areas with at least 23% of the population lacking insurance, specifically car and/or home insurance, in America and Australia to observe any instances of SCP-####-A or C. If no instances of SCP-####-A or C appears within a span of a 6 weeks an area with suspected instances of SCP-#### most field agents may be reassigned to different operations, with at least [1] operative standing by in case of an instances of SCP-####-A appearing due to shifts in economic diversity. Any field agents that encounter a instance of SCP-####-A are to neutralize on site before the instance interacts with the public. If neutralization occurs within sight of the public, cover story ####-A is to be enacted posthaste, with the body of SCP-####-A not be interacted with by the public. When in Foundation hands SCP-####-A is to be incinerated. SCP-####-Cs discovered in the public will be placed at Containment Site-####-1.
Media Combing Team Psi-5 are tasked with searching broadcasting networks and video sharing platforms for instances of SCP-####-E1. Broadcasting networks broadcasting SCP-####-E1 are to be disrupted and all SCP-####-E1 instances on video sharing platforms taken down. SCP-####-E1 instances typically appear during commercial/advertisement breaks, but besides that has no reliable pattern to properly disrupt SCP-####-E1 instances from broadcasting.
Containment Site-####-1 Procedures: Site-####-1 is the converted abandoned port town of [DATA EXPUNGED] off the coast of [REDACTED],[REDACTED]. The site is to house 99% of all SCP-####-C in Foundation hands, the other 1% are to be transferred to Site-34 for more close study. The site has a maximum capacity of 7,500 residents, 3,476 instances of SCP-####-C are housed at Site-####-1 at the time of writing. Any members of the public that come across Site-####-1 are to be given Class-D amnestics then sent elsewhere. All residing SCP-####-C instances are to be convinced they are carriers of an extremely deadly disease and are being quarantined here by the World Health Organization. SCP-####-Cs are to be told before being introduced into Site-####-1 that anyone attempting to escape quarantine will be recaptured and placed back onto the site or neutralized for fear of spreading the disease. SCP-####-Cs residing at Site-####-1 are allowed to contact the outside through letters or email. These messages are to be intercepted and changed to prevent the site's exposure to the public. Any messages received by the outside are to also be intercepted and changed to avoid suspicion to the true purpose of Site-####-1. SCP-####-Cs are to be interacted with as little as possible as to not manifest their anomalous abilities. Any SCP-####-Cs that discover the true reason they are at Site-####-1 Class-A amnestics are to be administered to every SCP-####-C instance residing at Site-####-1 via food ingestion to avoid growing suspicion. Termination of SCP-####-C instances that discover the true purpose of Site-####-C multiple times is to be approved by [2] Level 4 on site staff in addition to updating the security measures to prevent further breaches of secrecy and maintain the ignorance of SCP-####-C instances.
Description/Overview:
SCP-#### is a pocket dimension inhabited by SCP-####-A, SCP-####-B, SCP-####-C, SCP-####-D and SCP-####-E. SCP-#### is a dimension entirely white and completely flat and devoid of plants and animals besides SCP-####-A through E. Despite no signs of light sources the dimension is extremely well lit, the lighting and environment only changing in the presence of SCP-####-E. SCP-#### is filled with white shelves stocked with SCP-####-D, these shelves always surround a white checkout counter in a 2023.43m (0.5 acre) radius. These areas act as gathering spots for SCP-####-A to D, often spread out across tens of kilometers away from each other. Any liquids spilled in SCP-#### are absorbed into the surface the liquid spilled on disappearing within seconds. This action will cause SCP-####-As to act annoyed and impatient with the individual that spilled said liquid when attempting to convince said individual to purchase insurance.
SCP-####-A are the main inhabitants of SCP-####. They are humanoid entities that wear white shirts with white pants, black shoes and aprons with the Progressive Insurance Corporation logo on it, additionally wearing a name tag and pin that says "I [Heart Image] Insurance". However, their skin and clothing appears to be in actuality an extremely tough but, flexible, chitinous material.
In groups, a single instance of SCP-####-A, typically taking the form of actress Stephanie Courtney, will be followed by up to [5] or more SCP-####-As taking the role as task master, watching over SCP-####-As and Bs, monitoring their health and coordinating attacks when provoked. SCP-####-A are typically passive, wandering SCP-#### but will act hostile when SCP-####-B do not examine SCP-####-D or engage in conversation with a SCP-####-A on insurance that they'd require or would like to buy for future circumstances. SCP-####-Bs that do not cooperate with SCP-####-As' demands will be attacked and taken away to an unknown location, occasionally reappearing approximately 2 weeks later as an instance of SCP-####-A. Autopsy reports show traces of SCP-####-B instances DNA within their corresponding SCP-####-A instances, though it now makes up a small fraction of the entire body.
SCP-####-A have been recorded access areas inaccessible to SCP-####-B by burrowing through the floor of SCP-####, the ground seemingly becoming a substance comparable in this state to gelatin or pudding. Once SCP-####-A is fully submerged, the floor of SCP-#### returns to its normal, solid state.
SCP-####-A has the power to access our dimension but can only appear, or chooses to appear, when a person who lacks insurance receives damage to their personal automobiles or homes. SCP-#### typically manifests in a form indistinguishable to actress Stephanie Courtney, as her character Flo; an employee who works for Progressive who materializes to assist others, such as consumers or other employees. SCP-####-As who appear in this form will respond to the name "Flo" and refuse any other designation. In addition, there have been sightings of SCP-####-A taking the form of actor Jim Cashman who also plays a character in Progressive commercials and responds to the name Jamie. The Foundation is unsure as to why this form has suddenly appeared, though it is believe to be due to Jim Cashman's recent appearance in Progressive commercials.
When a subject shows disinterest in purchasing insurance, the SCP-####-A instance may eventually leave. However, in circumstances where a subject attempts to attack SCP-####-A, the instance will retaliate and forcibly transfer the subject into SCP-####. SCP-####-A seem to reserve this method for aggressive subjects but Incident ####-Alpha, where ██.7% of the population of [REDACTED], [REDACTED], USA was forcibly relocated into SCP-#### with no apparent prompting, says otherwise (See Incident Report ####-Alpha for more details).
SCP-####-B are subjects taken into SCP-#### by SCP-####-A. As many SCP-####-Bs should be rescued when returning from expeditions into SCP-#### and thoroughly questioned. They are then to be administered Class-C amnesiacs before being released into the public, after which they are no longer designated SCP-####-B. SCP-####-B who show patterns akin to SCP-####-A or development into SCP-####-C are to remain in Foundation custody or neutralized when necessary. SCP-####-B can escape SCP-#### on their own if they agree to pay for home and automobile insurance. SCP-####-B will then be escorted by a SCP-####-A instance back into their home dimension where they first encountered SCP-####-A. SCP-####-Bs that return in this manner have no recollection of their time in SCP-####, but when questioned on their whereabouts during the time will respond that they were buying insurance from a local Progressive Insurance agency. SCP-####-B instances with a Psychic Resistance Score below 35 that return in this manner will attempt to convince others to buy Progressive home and auto insurance. SCP-####-Bs that attempt to convince the people around them to buy Progressive Insurance are to be classified SCP-####-C and be detained before they trigger their anomalous ability.
SCP-####-C are a strain of SCP-####-B that return to our dimension by purchasing Progressive Insurance from within SCP-####. The SCP will attempt to convince others to buy Progressive home and auto insurance. Any successful attempt to convince a person to buy Progressive Insurance will manifest [1] or more SCP-####-As who will escort all persons in an area who agree to buy or examine the products of Progressive Insurance. There is no known way to nullify this anomalous event, so most SCP-####-Cs are to be detained and resettled at Site-####-C for further study. SCP-####-Cs are major risks to Foundation secrecy, so any attempts to contact their friends or family members must be met with measures to ensure ethical obedience. SCP-####-Cs are to be convinced they are infected with a disease called C8-#### and are to stay within Site-####-1 at all times or be neutralized.
SCP-####-D look like rectangular cardboard boxes that display [1] of [2] pictures, that of a car or house, though variations of designs have been reported to exist they haven't documented. In reality they are made of a kind of chitin that has a texture no to dissimilar to laminated cardboard. Exposure to SCP-####-D provides any who observe it the feeling of physical well being, even when grievously injured, malnourished or exhausted, appearing to suppress all feelings of pain and unease when examined. SCP-####-D according to an autopsy report is an organism with flesh similar to that of an insect and subsists on the light within SCP-####, and quickly dies when outside of this dimension; so far the Foundation has been unable to recreate the light within SCP-####. The report has confirmed the existence of all the necessary organs this creature would need to survive such as having a heart, lungs, brain, intestinal tract, etc., though the Foundation is still unsure on how or why it would need such organs. In addition, SCP-####-Ds contain additional organs that have never been seen before, but have hypothesized their use as a means to assist its anomalous ability.
SCP-####-E are large organisms that share uncanny resemblance to Lasius Flavus worker ants, though scaled up to a size equivalent to a Equus ferus caballus (horse). SCP-####-E have compound eyes that appear to be made of many tiny cameras which it uses to broadcast SCP-####-E1 into our dimension and possibly others.
SCP-####-E can have been recorded to communicate with telepathy, though they are not considered sapient. SCP-####-E are docile even when occasionally provoked, usually retreating away from assailants. SCP-####-E will become aggressive, however, when the thought of finding the entity behind the creation and/or control of SCP-#### crosses the mind of an individual, attacking in great numbers until the individual is killed. No attempts to locate such an entity are to be mounted as of yet, as it is considered highly unlikely to find and document such an entity before being intercepted by SCP-####-E. SCP-####-E instances have displayed surprising psychic resistance; many scoring 57 Psychic Resistance Scores or higher and are capable of resisting SCP-[REDACTED] and SCP-[REDACTED], if for a time.
SCP-####-Es' main anomalous ability is to manipulate the fabric of SCP-####. They generally use this ability to assist in the creation of instances of SCP-####-E1 and travel throughout SCP-####. It uses this ability to manifest any non-organic object it requires for "scenes" and changing the lighting within SCP-####. For example, it can dim the lighting of SCP-#### and manifest a grandiose stage as seen in Document ####-B.
SCP-####-E1 is a commercial advertising for Progressive Insurance broadcasted from within SCP-####. When observed reaction time and perception is partially suppressed. In addition, the limbic system is impacted in such a way observers associate negative feelings with insurance. Approximately 15 minutes of continuous exposure appears to have the opposite effect, positive feelings being associated with insurance. The anomalous property typically wears off after 48 hours, though continuous exposure may significantly increase the duration. People with Psychic Resistance Scores of approximately 35 can typically resist these effects.
Content depicted in SCP-####-E1 appear to be imitations of currently broadcasted Progressive commercials, though reenacted by SCP-####-A instances; usually with extremely rigid and disconnected acting.
Discovery: SCP-#### came to the Foundation's attention when Agent [REDACTED] totaled a her personal vehicle just outside of Site-[REDACTED]. Agent [REDACTED] had failed to renew her paperwork on time and her vehicle was therefore excluded from the Foundation Insurance Policy. Agent [REDACTED] had just radioed to the site she needed to be towed to the facility when she was approached by an instance of SCP-####-A. Agent [REDACTED] assuming it was a [DATA EXPUNGED] due to their recent attack on the site attempted to detain the instance. The instance retaliated and disarmed Agent [REDACTED] and dragged her into SCP-####. Agent [REDACTED] was considered MIA until her sudden reappearance 2 hours later. Agent [REDACTED] had luckily kept her wallet on her and returned without issue. It wasn't discovered until her interview she had become a SCP-####-C instance, resulting in the loss of Doctor Redwood and Doctor Snakes who haven't been recovered as of yet.

What perplexes me the most is that we've tracked the purchases made within #### and the money appears to go directly into Progressive's pockets. Each purchase in SCP-#### is as if they actually purchased insurance from Progressive. Is this a case of just weird coincidence we deal with on a daily basis, or is Progressive actually responsible for the creation of SCP-####? It wouldn't be the first time an SCP was harnessed or created to benefit someone, surely wouldn't be the last either.

Why does SCP-#### broadcast these "commercials", they don't appear to manifest SCP-####-A, which appears to be their only way to find their loyal "customers". Are they just doing this to promote the brand? Because their doing a lousy job, their attempts at human speech are pretty grating, the message they try to get across is pretty confusing, and don't get me started on their reference to "Children of the Corn". Anyway, I'm almost done with these with nothing to report, so this was likely a waste of my time and a waste my favorite coffee cup, rest in peace Sergeant Kitty.
