Ever since its opening in (CLASIFIED),the foundation has been useing class D personnel. However this is normally for dangerous SCP's. But the foundation hasn't been useing class D personnel the entire time. In the late (CLASSIFIED) a SCP agent and brilliant scientist made head work in the department of a non living creature that can kill and live no matter what in the form of Siren head (SCP-5987) that proply became one of the foundations prisoners than exixutuioners. The next SCP scientist was Dr Alex Gill. Because of the attempts of past creation attempts the doctor was heavily monitored by armed guards and CTV and sound servalance. It was not in vain though, useing flash from the tasraque (SCP-83) and the reasurch from the first doctor (who's name is CLASSIFIED) created a creature called SCP-69869 which has the reptial aperrence of the tarasqupe (SCP-83) but coming out of its elongated jaw with dagger and neadle like teeth is a elongated storm siren that seams to be made out of flesh or bone, no one knows since the doctor was exterminate for the events that followed.

SCP-69869 reason for Felling imotmrtal SCP's seams to be it abillatu to drain the power of a SCP/ quirk of the SCP. The scentiststs and personel use titanium lined gloves to give SCP-69869 attention since if SCP-698698 isn't given attention it realeses All of the abillatys of the SCP's it exterminated back into the SCP's, this resulted in 3/4od the foundation externabtaed since the bodys were being incinerated as this happened. SCP-69869 then had harder time extermanteing The SCP's again since each one had a tactic to stop SCP-69869 from exterminating it.
