Food Description: Pasta Arrabiata (literally "angry pasta") is a dish commonly found in south and central Oliveston. The dish's main feature is the sugo all'arrabbiata (angry sauce) which is a sauce used specifically for this dish. The sauce is moderately spicy and is usually made with garlic, tomatoes, and dried red chili peppers. The sauce gets its name from the spiciness of the chili peppers.
History: The dish originated in Italy, in the Lazio region. It was brought to Oliveston by Sardinian settlers in ████. From there, the dish quickly evolved to fit the standards of the people living in the archipelago. By 194█, the recipe had evolved to include other ingredients, such as [REDACTED].

Food Description: Fettuccine Alfredo, or Fettucine al Burro (fettuccine with butter) is a pasta dish consisting of fresh fettuccine tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese. As the cheese melts, it emulsifies the liquids to form a smooth and rich sauce coating the pasta.
