TO ALL PERSONNEL UNDER DOCTOR PERCY 'PROJECT LIBITINA' LEBLANC

I've recently been put in charge of creating detailed notes about one of the newest additions to our happy little family. So far it's been difficult getting through to the specimen which calls itself 'Yuri', however, members of the team have taken to calling it 'Libitina'.

The notes I've taken are as follows;

The specimen is a bipedal humanoid standing at Five feet and Twelve inches (1.56 Metres) tall and has a weight measured around One Hundred and Ninety pounds (86.1826 kilograms), it contains every feature of a female human.

The specimen has shown an interest in literature as well as poetry, going as far as to cite different authors and poets to convey an idea. I'd like to keep it with other intellectual SCPs.

Physical and Facial characteristics are similar to those found in many Japanese Animations, known as Anime to the rest of the team.

The specimen has strange deformities in the form of naturally occurring purple hair and eyes. I've contacted colleagues in various Universities and Research Facilities across the globe, and my endeavors to figure out why the specimen has such features has become fruitless.

In further investigations and tests, the head researchers in the team brought to me a series of photographs of the specimen's forearms and hip areas, I have to admit, I've never seen in my years of work here, such [ DATA EXPUNGED ] and [ DATA EXPUNGED ].
It is concerning to see such things on the specimen. I suspect, given my previous years as a psychiatrist before SCP Researcher that the specimen has Severe Depression and Suicidal Thoughts. If these [ DATA EXPUNGED ] were indeed a part of an episode of Depressive Outbursts.

Psychological evaluations and interviews have given us a proper understanding of how to contain Libitina.

The specimen is to be classified as a 'Safe-Class SCP'

However, I want 24/7 Surveillance in its quarters for suspicious activity.

The Specimen is to be kept in a well-lit room, giving the Specimen the option to turn out the lights for relaxation. I advise a window be installed with a view of a river or some greenery, a bookshelf with a variation of Romance and Horror novels is requested to be present as well as a kettle, a wide variety of teas and some form of writing device.
Other basic needs are to be met, however, to give this Specimen some free reign in its internment here, I suggest giving it the ability to cook, bathe, and do what it needs to be comfortable here. I will take its requests and orders such as a restock of tea, or a new selection of books personally.

Failure to meet my requirements as your superior will be met with the termination of your Lab Assistant title and your demotion to D-Class personnel.

Percy LeBlanc, Ph.D
Psychologist and Newest Member of the team.
