Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4165 is to be kept in a 50 by 50 centimeter cardboard box, stored in a storeroom, overlooked by security personnel on shift. Only Class-D personnel are able to undergo testing with SCP-4165.
Description: SCP-4165 is a modern scientific calculator. The origin of the calculator is unknown, as personnel who retrieved SCP-4165 started to talk in binary. After containment, a Class-D personnel was used for testing, view SCP-4165-A. SCP-4165 seems to only give Class-D personnel who used SCP-4165 (Known now as SCP-4165-2) the ability to talk in binary code, and not being able to understand English or any other forms of commonly used communications. SCP-4165-2 will not respond to anything, even alarms, and will only continue to murmur the word "numbers" in binary code.
Addendum 4156.1
After multiple tests and decoding of SCP-4165-2 speeches, results show that the first SCP-4165-2 was only able to say the word "numbers" in binary code. But after more tests, results show that when two SCP-4165-2 notices each other, they are able to engage in conversations. More tests are being conducted at the moment.

Decoding of conversations were completed. Both SCP-4165-2 were discussing and talking about themselves, results show that both were safe and mean no harm, except for that fact that it only talks in binary code and understands it.
