Description:
SCP-XXXX is an anomalous PDA with a stylus (SCP-XXXX-B) that when taken more then a meter away from SCP-XXXX will reappear adjoining SCP-XXXX. Upon the screen of SCP-XXXX is a prompt "when did the timeline change?" if a date and time is input the following prompt will appear "please indicate which change occurred, if you do not see the change please check the box marked 'other' and input what happened below in the area marked 'explain other'". Following this, a set of boxes will then start to fill the screen with short descriptions of things that might have happened if a box is checked then everywhere outside of 1KM from SCP-XXXX will change to reflect that as the reality
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a locked box and never opened unless [REDACTED] and the consent of the O5 council, in such an event it [REDACTED]
Addendum
any and all keys to [REDACTED] wing of the facility housing SCP-XXXX, not currently kept with the O5 council, will be taken and destroyed without delay after [REDACTED]
