Special Containment Procedures: Naval Task Force Ness-3 ("Sea Serpents") is to patrol a 23.10 million square miles around the perimeter of the Southern Atlantic Ocean for manifestations or reports of SCP-6790. All instances of reports pertaining to SCP-6790 are to be investigated and surviving subjects are to be given Class-B Amnestics and transported to their ship's destination. Ships and subjects affected by SCP-6790 are to be retrieved for study on a case by case scenario. If Foundation personnel come into contact with SCP-6790 and disturb the entity, they are to limit the amount of damage taken and casualties sustained.
