Description: SCP-9962 is a humanoid figure as tall as the average grown man and very slender. It is sentient and is capable of speech. SCP-9962 has skin and no hair, as well as no reproductive organs. SCP-9962 has a mouth, eyes, and two ear-holes on the side of its head. SCP-9962 will eat 3 times a day and will beg for food if not fed. (SCP-9962 will kill and eat those who are tricked into entering the cell unsupervised) SCP-9962 is able to manipulate fortune on the quantum level, virtually able control its luck and that of others.
According to itself, SCP-9962 has killed numerous people using such luck-manipulation. It is unknown the exact field of manipulation 9962 possesses, but it is estimated

The D-class tries to attack 9962 resulting of the death of the D-class. 9962 is proven to have some physical prowess on top of its already-existing quantum-field manipulation.
Addendum 3: On █/█/████, Physical contact was made with a D-class:
The D-class attempts to talk to 9962, and after initially failing, attempts to insult and provoke 9962. The D-class, frustrated, walks out of the containment chamber, and slips and falls, cracking his skull open and suffering from long-term psychological disorders. It is speculated that 9962 manipulated the quantum field, causing the D-class to slip in the first place.

The MTF attempted to shoot 9962, but the gun failed to shoot properly at the moment of trigger, and using this opportunity, 9962 viciously clawed at the MTF, fatally wounding him and severing his left leg. The cause of the malfunction is likely 9962’s ability of luck-manipulation.
