Special Containment Procedures: Both instances of CP-9999-A are to remain within 3.048 meters (10 feet) and are to be kept in a Standard Humanoid Containment Cell at Armed Biological Containment Area-14. Both instances of SCP-9999-A are to be granted keycards with special RAISA-granted permissions to explore all areas of the LCZ and the EZ, with the exception of other SCP containment chambers. Excursions by SCP-9999-A to the EZ are to be accepted at reasonable requests (i.e. medbay visits in the case of the two objects being injured, or visit to the cafeteria) and must be accompanied by at least two (2) armed guards with clearance Level 2 or higher and of rank Private First Class or higher in the Security Department.
Should an aggressive Foundation Personnel attempt to pull either instance of SCP-9999-A away from the other at any time, they are to be detained. If they succeed in pulling them apart, SCP-9999-A should be allowed to terminate the aggressor. If they remain agitated at this point, tranquilizers are to be administered to both regardless of an individual's behavior.
Description: SCP-9999 consists of two anomalies: SCP-9999-A, and SCP-9999-B. Furthermore, SCP-9999-A is itself, two (2) individuals, referred to SCP-9999-A-1 and SCP-9999-A-2 respectively. Physically, in every aspect except for name and skin and eye color, SCP-9999-A-1 and SCP-9999-A-2 are incredibly similar SCP-9999-A-1 is a 20-year-old Spanish-Canadian female named Chloe Smith. She has long, black hair, pushed back by a pink bandana tied around her head. She has blue eyes and a lean athletic build. SCP-9999-A-2, who's name could only be identified as Lucille (though her preferred name is 'Lucy'), is a 20-year-old French-Canadian female with brown hair in the same style, but with a white bandana, with green eyes. She shares the same lean-athletic build and mesomorph body type with SCP-9999-A-1. SCP-9999-A-2 Both instances of SCP-9999-A are exactly 1.524 meters (5 feet) tall. SCP-9999-A-1 has darker skin while SCP-9999-A-2 has very pale skin. Both wear Nike or Adidas athletic clothing, preferring to wear shorts and a t-shirt. They lived in Vancouver until July 26th, 2020, when they were taken into Foundation custody.
SCP-9999-B is a chain made of an unknown metal. However, the molecular structure of SCP-9999-B most resembles tungsten. SCP-9999-B is seemingly indestructible with all known methods and can vary anywhere from 8.8392 meters (29 feet) to 12.192 meters (40 feet). Each link of SCP-9999-B is exactly the same and is 5.08 cm (2 inches) wide, 10.16 cm (4 inches) long.
